Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomWe stayed for a week at bnb Loktudi, and it was exceptional. Pierre and Jhon were fantastic hosts, very attentive, helpful and full of knowledge. Due to the weather being uncertain, on some days they informed us, of local markets and places to visit near and around Loctudy and Brittany, which were perfect for us, they also gave us information on where to visit and events that were on that you could do on a rainy ☔ day, and to support the locals. The bnb itself is decorated to a very high standard and is very welcoming, lots of attention to detail. We had a beautiful room with 2 single beds, and the decor was lovely, with an ensuite shower, and toilet just outside our room, the only thing with having the toilet outside of the room was we were worried we would wake other guests, but absolutely loved our room. Breakfast was served between 8am and 10am. We had little surprises in the morning, with our fruit and had pancakes made out of different patterns and mammals, it was so lovely, 🐢🐬and the presentation was second to non. They had such a lovely selection of fruit, which tasted amazing and so fresh, the most amazing bread, crepes and couissants. Yoghurt cereal fruit also offered a selection of tea coffee and cheese. We ate like kings, and would look forward to it every morning, and still miss it now 😊whilst being at home. The location is perfect just a stone throw away from Loctudy port, some lovely restaurants and bars lots of different places to walk and see. We couldn't recommend this bnb enough, the hosts, location, food and their to beautiful dogs, who we had the pleasure to meet, and we were greeted by, they made our day and morning seeing them. Just wanted to say, a massive Thank you to Pierre and Jhon and the fur babies, your bnb is a little gem, and so glad and grateful, that we had the pleasure of staying there for a week. We are still missing it, and hoping to plan another trip this year.

We liked the conviviality of the tenants. The breakfast was second to none. The location is central to Loctudy. We were able to borrow bicycles from Pierre to do an amazing tour of the region.

Quick reference: B&B with great hospitality, right in the centre of Loctudy, a friendly village with quite a few nice restaurants and a nice pub, located on the GR34, lots of watersport and beach activities, strategic location for daytrips and walks. Our stay: Piere and Jhon are the best hosts you can ever imagine and their B&B for us is one to remember! Both speak English very well and of course French. From the moment we walked through the gate we felt at home. It may have to do with the glass of rosé they offered as a welcome gesture....;) We loved our stay here! Our room: clean, good matrasses, quiet during the evening and night, blinds to shut out light as well as the heat and very comfortable overall. The breakfast room downstairs: what a breakfast! Fresh crèpes and fruit every morning, cereals, fresh cuts of ham, cheese and local products, jams and fresh! cups of coffee, as many as we wanted. Outside the B&B has a small courtyard where you can sit, have a coffee or a glass of wine. Or even play a wee song on your guitar….. They B&B has no carpark itself, but there’s a safe carpark just across the street. The friendly seaside village Loctudy has a few nice restaurants to offer. There’s lots of good and fresh seafood, but they also offer other dishes. The pub on the head of the harbour has a lovely terrace, overlooking part of the harbour and sea. During summer they have live music. We stayed 3 nights whilst walking some of the GR34 tracks, but could easily have stayed longer. Piere was great in advising us where to go and what to see. Bringing us to the starting point of one of our walks by car was no trouble for him. We would certainly recommend this place!
