This apartment is in a fabulous location in the old town of Annecy. The view from the balcony is superb. Room is very modern and clean. We were only their for one night but would definitely stay there again.

It was very hot, and although the windows opened, it was very loud outside on the street until quite late. This is to be expected on a Friday night in a lovely city. But a fan that could move the air around the room, and muffle the noise a bit, would be a nice addition.

The apartment was lovely, and in an ideal location to see the scenery and life in the old part of the gorgeous city. A nice balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the canal, which was a unique and lovely feature. The apartment is very well appointed, and easy to find and access. Only a short 7 or 8 minute walk from the train station, so it is very convenient.

Very loud with the windows open, but fine if shut (but hot with no air con or breeze). No shower - only a bath tub.

Given the temperature during our visit was 32 degrees it was very hot in the apartment, we were supplied with a small fan but as you can imagine did not make a huge difference

Broken handle on front door and it wasn’t clear which was our apartment. Also access codes not provided until the very last minute. Decor stylist but starting to look tired

A few lights didn’t work and appeared to need repair. Even though it was noisy at night (the property is right above a restaurant) that is to be expected staying so central.

The entrance is very dark, with the smell of a basement. A very strange layout of the apartment: the second bedroom is under the ceiling, a meter high at most. Shower without a door, behind a screen. Pretty old renovation. A very strange bed, which you need to climb up the stairs. There is a restaurant right under the window and it is quite noisy at night. And I was surprised that the owners did not even answer "hello" to any of my messages in WhatsApp.

The city center, close to all the sights, is quite spacious. Beautiful view of the river. Quiet neighbors, blackout curtains. There were all the necessary utensils. In addition, I love self-check-in.

Parking was not easy. We arrived on a Saturday evening, so a very busy time in general, but we had a hard time navigating the city's parking - which isn't the hosts' fault, but it definitely impacted our stay. Also, we had wifi that was temperamental - also not our hosts' fault, but they had said they would send us the codes 24 hrs before and they hadn't, so as we were nearing the building we had to stop at a cafe to get wifi to see if they had finally sent us the codes. They had, and we got in just fine, but the fact that they were late in sending them did add to our stress level. Lastly, the bed is high and has a hard exterior - this makes it challenging to get on the bed without bruising your legs. It's super cute, but not the most comfortable.

Beautiful location in the heart of the old town! We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the apartment and all it had to offer - small fridge, extra loft (so we could have brought children), rustic, adorable bathroom & shower, couple places to sit and eat, looking out over the quaintest part of town! Noise levels from the restaurant below were not a problem because it was chilly enough that we had the windows closed, but noise could be an issue if people tried to sleep with the windows open.

Although the person managing the property kindly allowed us to check in early, visitors should be aware that the property has an unusually late check in time - 4pm.

The location is spectacular and the apartment is beautifully decorated. The mattress was also very comfortable ! From other travelers’ comments I had understood there to be a balcony, but there is no outside area. the little table and chairs is outside the window.

I did not like the bathtub only for showering. It's very difficult not getting water all over. Also the curtain separating the bed/living room from the bathroom is too sheer.

The only thing a bit odd or uncomfortable is the tub, but it is just like in the pictures!

The location of the apartment really is perfect if you want to be in old Annecy. We loved the cafe just below the entrance door with Ollie and his wife and just outside the window on the other side is a Pizzeria (which could also be a negative because it was loud until about 11pm). The wifi, tv, bed, pillows and all were great.
