Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms are very small, and very hot despite turning the heating setting right down.
Location from the Motorway, and the beautiful fragrance within the hotel. Staff were friendly, and check-out seamless.

The rooms were compact. A bit more space is appreciated. Also the tables in the breakfast area were placed close to each other.
Location is close to the highway. Staff was very friendly. We felt very welcome with our small dog. Breakfast was excellent.

Nothing at all
The Hotel is right next to the motorway but no real road noise, very secure parking behind locked automatic gates we left our bags in the car overnight so no lugging of big bags, staff were very friendly and helpful , there were 2 restaurants on site and we ate in the steak house and had a lovely meal and it was reasonably priced, So convenient as a stopover on the way to the South of France and would definitely stay there again if going that way.

Rooms were really to small you cannot open you’re luggage only on the bed.
Good hotel if you’re travelling south . Close to the highway. Only 5 minutes so perfect. Secure parking space, check in was friendly. Its clean and quit to sleep so very good when you’re on the road to somewhere.

We ate in the attached Courtpaille restaurant. The food was less than average and as we sat close to the ‘chef’ doing the burgers we were surprised at the lack of hygiene exhibited in the handling of the food.
Small but comfortable rooms.

Issue with the air conditioning, leaking water constantly. Bathroom and room in need of a bit of maintenance.
Location next to the motorway, restaurant and bar open till late. Nice toiletries.

Carpet in the room when travelling with a dog is difficult not to leave dirt marks on especially when it rains. Price 20 euro for the dogs stay is quiet high.

The hotel has a friendly atmosphere and is warm and welcoming. Its easy from the mororway when travelling to Toulon or back to UK The breakfast is really good plenty of choice great homemade yoghurt.

Small room poor storage space. In room 216 the worktop table was at a silly angle. It should have been level not angled as nothing would sit on it.
Bar and reception good breakfast good but n too many options.

The architect and interior designers were having good laughs when designing the place. It’s the opposite of user friendly. The receptionist spoke English until I complained about something. Suddenly she said “I dont speak English”. I didn’t see any other staff but receptionists and the kitchen lady who was super nice. Breakfast lacked fresh things: only bananas and bread where of the day but the rest was processed.
Nice enough. It needs a lick of paint on floor and rooms but in general is in good shape.

Hotel is a good 15 minutes outside the town centre, so needed a rather expensive taxi to get us there and back for the evening as I didn't fancy looking for parking and wnated a drink after a long drive there.
Friendly receptionist, good sized room which was quiet and had everything that you need for an "overnighter". Excellent breakfast, with a lovely outdoor area to have it in. Pool area excellent, considering the location of the hotel.

14 sqm with a full French bed in it turns out to be too small, just 1-2 sqm more and it would have been fine. As is, one cannot do all three of: (1) have a place for luggage, (2) be able to open the mini-fridge, (3) sit at the desk. Note: The smallness of the room did NOT lead to any reduction of the rating - as the size is very clearly stated when booking the room! It is simply something to be aware of. The overall rating of 7 represents a well satisfied but not thrilled OVERALL customer experience as well as OVERALL value received for price paid.
