There were a lot of keys and fabs to navigate and get used to.

The location was great! Room was fine for what we needed and was in an older building so had all the quirks and charm you’d expect.

Some would not like that the rooms are next to a road crossing, so there will be normal city noise, which is not silent. For us it was not a problem.

Nice tiny hotel, not extra modern but comfortable and bigger rooms than usual. Neighborhood is fantastic, there is a nice park next to hotel. Promenade is 5 minutes far by walk. Parking with car was not an issue. Cozette is a cool doggy :)

Very spacious room for a 2* hotel with lots of extras you can only find in far more expensive premises - tea/coffee maker, wine glasses, refrigerator ... Perfect location,safe parking and of course the lovely Cosette

It was a bit dated and could do with a lick of paint. Traffic was noisy at certain times, as we were on the corner of 2 roads.

Great location and helpful owner, who also provided some beach gear free of charge.

Staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely - hearty and delicious - lots of choice. Wonderful location close to tram stop and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Nice little hotel, very friendly and helpful owner, lovely breakfast. The hotel is modest, given the prices in Nice, better than I expected, very good value for the price and excellent location, close to the promenade, city center, station, tram stop. Literary references is a nice touch, also owner has a very friendly dog, Definitely recommended.

Emanuelle room: Old and not clean parquette, very very small and not comfortable toalett and shower box, noisy water pipe in wall.( when neighbour is using toalett and shower)

The hotel is located in a beautiful typical French building, on the first floor. Our room was clean and spacious with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice. There is a tram stop diagonal to the hotel which is ideal for coming and going to the airport. The host Gilles was very friendly and helpful and his little dog Cosette was just adorable. Would highly recommend.

The AC was totally not functional in both rooms we stayed for the rooms we booked for the entire family. This in Nice at midsummer hot and humid at 97 degrees Fahrenheit. Complained to Gilles who came up with many excuses, saying would be fixed every day and ultimately never got fixed. Couldn't sleep for 4 days we stayed in Nice and even had to open the windows at night and in return got mosquito bites and loud noises from the street. AC is an essential requirement in Nice in the summer heat . There should be no excuses for this. All we got for our troubles was a 10% discount LOL.

Breakfast was good, Room was clean and spacious. Location was good but not exceptional. Loved the dog, Cosette. The manager Gilles was friendly and personable.
