Just the fact that the shower leaked water but we were moved to another room.

Julie was very helpful especially when the shower was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. We were moved to another room which was perfect. The metro station is just across the road which is ideal.

We stayed here for 5 days and this was a return visit after many years away. Wonderful and so well located. Metro very convenient and great to walk to Luxemburg Gardens. We will definitely return. Staff are more than helpful and friendly.

It was my first time in Paris, and this hotel made it even better! The staff were super welcoming and always ready to help. The location is amazing — there’s a metro station right in front, which made getting around so easy. The cleaning was impeccable, and it was such a nice touch to find a fresh bottle of water every day. Shower was not the best one, shower mixer or button stucked and water don’t come out again time to time. Water pressure was a bit weak and temparature was not warm enough for me.

Location was crazy, literally in front of metro and bus station! Elevator is quite slow but not an issue.

The space where the toilet is located is uncomfortable for someone with a bit more muscle and size.

Hotel staff were consistently courteous and helpful. Front desk personnel provided exceptional service; Sara and her colleagues fostered a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location is ideal, offering a secure, comfortable environment with convenient access to public transportation, specifically the metro (line 12), which stops directly in front of the property.

The gym facilities were limite, but it's a small hotel, so it's understandable.

Location was excellent. It was directly across the road from the Metro station, making it easy to get to from anywhere in the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and and clean.

Sometimes you could feel a slight vibration and sound when passing the subway! But this part can be ignored in addition to all the positive points.

The staff was the best part of the hotel. Very patient, kind, responsible, and responsive. This hotel was a very good experience for us. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The breakfast service was acceptable with good quality.

Aircon didn’t work and room got quite warm.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. The metro station is right opposite giving you easy access to all the attractions. The walk to the Eiffel Tower is about 25 minutes and takes you down some nice roads. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The standard rooms are nice although small but we only spent time in there to sleep and get ready. Overall we were really happy with this hotel.

The location was great. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Close to the Metro. A 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and Hop-On Hop-Off bus departure. It's a really lovely area to be in.
