Maybe a bit more information about waste/recycling and instructions regarding use of the gas. But that's because I can't think of anything else!

In my ignorance, I did not realise that you hold the small blue key fob up to the entry pad to enable the entrance barrier to rise, but a quick phone call to Amy, and all was well!

Rubbish disposal area not clean or tidy as bins were overflowing and smelly. This was my only criticism, the site, other than this was well maintained and peacefully to return to in the evening.

The wifi on the site is extremely temperamental, we were pre warned of this, so were prepared with extra data on our phone so wasnt such an issue as decent mobile signal in the area

Great location, we found exactly what we were looking for, just off the main road(A548) that runs up to Prestatyn, Rhyl, Towyn and Talacre beach very close (under 1 mile by car) All the places we wanted to visit whilst in North Wales. The site itself was very tidy and well maintained. Access is easy with clear instructions from our host Amy to collect the keys and security fob to open the barrier for car access to the park, i was able to park close to the caravan which was very help as my partner has mobility issues, The caravan itself was lovely and was a great place to relax after a day exploring the area with my partner, son and dog, it contained all we needed for the weekend, pots pans cutlery etc and a couple of pints of fresh milk in the fridge ready for a brew when we arrived, very much appreciated! One of the biggest plus points for us is how welcome we were with our dog, the front deck is gated so secure and were kindly left some blankets for the dog to sleep on also, check out was also simple with clear instructions provided printed in the caravan, with contact details for the host and some other essential information, we were looking for a nice quiet place to stay whilst we explored north wales we couldnt have picked better, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be rebooking in the future. Located on lovely and clean caravan park. Caravan with a sunny patio, cosy and clean inside. We had a very pleasant stay.

Nice and quiet Holiday Park. Easy to locate, ample parking. Caravan a good size, outdoor seating area with gate. Good Kitchen facilities and 2 bathrooms. Clean and comfortable. Good escape and rest-bite. Vodaphone signal struggled for connection on site, but enjoyed the rest bite away from internet/phone. WIFI intermittent but did the basics, not advertised as having this so was a bonus.

My partner forgot pack her hairdryer and we wrongly expected that there may be one in the bedroom, sadly not the case but it was no big deal as we bought one in a local charity shop (so it kept her happy)!

Very happy thoughout the booking process, communication with the property owner was always rapidly responsive and very obliging. Tea, coffee & milk in the fridge, bedding and towels provided. Thoroughly clean throughout, quiet environment, couldn't fault it. Opposit the site there is a petrol garage with a shop so you haven't got to go far for any last minute items. We enjoyed our short break so much that we are even thinking of coming back next year and maybe stay a little longer.

The only issue was wifi was non existent. There are hotspots near by, but I needed to do work.

A great location to access the Wales Coastal Path. Clean and tidy. Really good instructions relating to the caravan.

The host Amy was lovely left all the instructions through a message,The caravan had everything we needed all the little touches sugar tea bags salt an milk which was nice also fresh towels on the bed with little soaps, lovely for couples who just want to relax nice an peaceful will definitely be back soon thankyou for a lovely stay😊

Property was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Everything you could want in terms of kitchen equipment, more than enough plates, glasses etc. Excellent location to Talacre and Prestatyn Beach. Caravan park was quiet and friendly. Everything you could want for a family stay.
