not having tea and coffee facilities in the room when the room is up two flights of stairs was a bit of a pain. Same for TV -realie you want to keep the decor nice but...

Lovely breakfast. Cooked breakfast, yoghurt, fruit and juice. Very tasty. Very comfy bed and lovely spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good price compared to other places. Would highly recommend.

It was perfect

The relaxed atmosphere created by the staff. Breakfast was freshly constructed to order. The touch of “do it yourself” in the kitchen added to the experience. No soulless hotel buffet here! Rooms simple, but generous and clean. Quiet, convenient location

The bathroom was a little small and the toilet made a lot of noise. But not big issues.

The location is very convenient. It is nice and quiet. I enjoyed the adjacent park for morning walks. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby.

Tina and her partner are lovey hosts and make delicious breakfast. They are really helpful and very patient with big groups. Their cute dog is an extra bonus :) thank you both!

Lovely bit of Georgian splendour in a good location. Neat, clean, tidy and comfy. Chef scrambles a mean egg. Good communication with the place for door access. Great value for money.

Shame no TV in room or tea making facilities . No keen on relying only on communal areas for hot drink or to watch a bit of TV .

Minor points - it’s a Georgian townhouse so you could be 4 floors up (there is no lift). There’s water in the room and good tea/coffee making is available on the 1st floor - my preference is to have hot drinks in the room.

Lovely charming historic property in great location for the city centre - yet the Square is a haven of peace. Gower - our host - was excellent. Breakfast is good

I would highly recommend this establishment. The hotel was beautiful, such a serene and relaxed vibe. The staff were really great, attentive but not over bearing. I loved the fact you could help yourself to tea and coffee from the kitchen. No awful teeny tiny sachets in your room. Everything was meticulously clean. Personally I loved the fact there were no TV's in the bedrooms. The location was spot on too. I would come back in a heart beat. Thank-you so much!

Lovely, friendly, relaxed, almost family atmosphere. Help yourself or ask Tina, with great selection of cereals, fruit, bread and jams, eggs and bacon. Cozy dining room with a great opportunity to chat with other guests. We were on the second floor so a few stairs but not a problem. The toilet and water disposal systems are not on mains so some noise experienced but generally, not an issue. Great location for visiting this lovely city. Walking, travelling by bus is so easy, great sights down by the harbours, it's a student city so there's a fantastic selection of restaurants. Would we return, absolutely!
