It is a very nice and quiet place to relax. Lovely and well equipment caravan. Fantastic barbecue area. The size of the bathroom beat everything! Green all around and loads of rabbits. We were also lucky to meet a hedgehog in the evening.

Very well appointed facilities in the mobile home with additions like coffe machine and air fryer, giving various cooking options. Plenty of storage space too. Loved the location and patio area and seeing all the rabbits roaming freely by the pond was a lovely addition.

We had a really really hot weekend so there was some ants in the lodge, but it’s to be expected when the weather is so warm,

The property had literally everything you would need, even down to sanitary products, kids toys, food in cupboards, they really have thought of everything. We loved watching the rabbits and also the pond was lovely

Wee bit disappointed we couldn't see out of picture window because of condensation between double glazing. Walks were to steep for my husband and I.

What a lovely little find. We had a great stay in a lovely peaceful place. One of the most relaxing breaks we have had. There was everything you could of wanted and some lovely little extras. Thank you we would highly recommend and we will revisit.

The only thing I would say is the facilities on site told bar open on Thursday so went fir dinner and found it was close for function we asked at reception twice and told it would be opened

The caravan is beautiful and the owner is lovely. June made sure we had a nice stay with everything you need being in the caravan. It's the best caravan I have ever stayed in. The place is peaceful and good for taking your dog for walks.

Caravan site was a bit inland, we prefer closer to coast. Local town had a beautiful beach.

I liked the homeliness of the caravan and the Scottish themed decor.

Perfect for what we were looking for. A wee home from home.

Had to think really hard but ... there's not much to do on the site. The decking was in the middle of being renovated and I got a couple of splinters off the hand rail.

Lovely. Warm, cosy, lots of lovely little touches. Could have easily spent a week there. Hottub was great. Huge bathroom with bath! Loved it! Oh and the lovely (posh) tea bags where a wonderful surprise! Oh and all the lovely bunnies and Robins we saw was fantastic.

Although enjoyed the quiet was quite remote,quite a long road into park and pub in ballantrae was closed and no takeaways near by so bring supplys or get a Morrisons/asda delivery

Really enjoyed our stay,very peaceful and quiet Lovely touches everywhere with fan/hot water bottles,all condiments you would need and also tea/coffee/sugar etc..there was also dvds/kids games Also noticed on last day there was shampoo etc..in bathroom cabinets Clean and tidy,comfy bed Great big bathroom with bath and seperate shower Also 2nd toilet but wasnt needed for us Wifi worked great

The weather 😆 which unfortunately the owners can't control but made the most of it with hot tub, board game, TV and jigsaw

Clean, comfortable and everything you need, great communication from the owners and speedy deposit return on our departure. Definitely recommend to family and friends and hope to rebook in the future
