The accommodation was excellent. Only issue was with the park charging £56 for a pass to use the facilities such as the swimming pools which when we came to use the pool we were turned away as were then told we needed to book online in advance. To be fair to the park they provided a refund when I complained to them about this.

An absolutely gorgeous place, so big and roomy, exceptionally clean... Decor and facilities were fantastic. Host is a really nice person..... Me and my family cannot wait to stay at Iains place again in the very near future, big outdoor veranda with tables and chairs perfect for the sunny weekend we had...... Beds super super comfy...... The cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen....... Fantastic location very near to Gorleston-on-Sea and Great Yarmouth.......we didn't use the park facilities as we were visting family in the local area so didn't have time, but the pools and arcade looked really good.... This place is very well looked after.... Myself, hubby, two kids and pooch were super impressed.... We didn't want to come home... Thank you so so so much ❤️

This caravan was absolutely amazing and we hope to book this same caravan next year location was nice and just everything in this caravan was amazing. We loved the living room area and fireplace was lovely in the evening. Sometimes caravan beds are uncomfortable but the double bed and at this caravan was surprisingly comfortable. Heating and shower was easy to use too ! Fantastic stay! Park Dean facilities was nice too the outside pool was warm even on a cloudy day! Evening entertainment was good too and my daughter loved the dance entertainment ! Arcade could be better but still had enough to keep little ones busy!

Would have liked bed linen and bath towels to be included (even as an optional extra). Wasn't too bad for us as it was just two of us, but if we had used the 6 berths the linen would have taken up too much space in the car.

Very well presented and furnished. Felt more luxurious than similar properties we have stayed in. The park is very well maintained. We can't comment on the park facilities as we only used the shop for a newspaper. Pool complex looked good from what I could see. Indoor and outdoor pool is good for the summer.

Quiet family site. Well equipped. Comfy beds (v.important) Bath was a bonus. Good location. Good prompt communication with Iain, the owner. My daughter and I had a lovely short break with our little doggies. Would definitely return.
