Unfortunately the slats on the double bed were fixed with black duck tape which made it very hard to sleep properly as the bed didn’t feel stable. Also the shower wasn’t cleaned properly I had to give it a full clean before useuage there was lots and on our arrival day we wasn’t able to use the toilets for a good few house as pipes were blocked up so there was people fixing them but it left a horrible smell the whole time we was there and used the toilet. However we know this isn’t a reflection of the owners and these things can’t be helped despite anything we absolutely loved it and it was such a lovely caravan having breakfast in the sun was my high light xx

Not enough on site things to do.had to got to a different place to watch on stage entertainment as the woody bar only had bingo.

Nothing bad with the caravan or A &P they were fantastic. The only thing slight thing for us was the site itself. it does not allow you a quick access path to Fantasy Island. It's a real shame as you can see it from the caravan but the way through is heavily fenced. The only way round get to Fantasy Island is either catching the bus or taking a long walk. Great in the sun, but limits your evenings. Like I say this is a minor thing with access and not the accommodation or the team running it.

The caravan is in a good location for local shop and the local pub, Woodys bar. It's 10 mins walk from the beach and the local arcades. The size of the caravan is ideal for a couple or a family. It has plenty of parking space and has a view of Fantasy Islands rides. The bedrooms are of a nice size and each has its own little theme, which I won't spoil for the surprise. The rooms along with the living area have led mood lighting which made a difference and help create a soothing ambiance in the evenings. The caravan has heating, a shower, a full-size oven, lots of storage and a full-size fridge freezer. A few games are provided by the hosts, great for the days when it rains. The balcony has a table and chairs that is in the sun for the majority of the day so great for chilling out. Overall, we would highly recommend this accommodation. Communication from start to finish from A &P was superb.

The pull out bed in the lounge did not pull out as the wooden rail at the back prevented the metal frame coming out. we got chatting with a guy who was a builder half way through the week and we got him to have a look and he managed to fix this for you (hope you don’t mind but 4 nights on the floor was enough) otherwise everything else was wonderful thanks for a lovely stay x

The boiler controls were a little awkward to use. Places to eat on site would be good and also some entertainment on site or children's play areas.

The accommodation was clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there and in good working order. The information leaflets and cards were very helpful and all entertainment was within easy reach on foot or by bus.

We left some clothing in the caravan the hosts did contact me however they were awkward in relation to arranging to collection due to the “mediocre” review I left. My review was a true and honest review the accommodation & the hosts need to visit not rely on guest reviews.alternatively they need staff to report issues such as mould in the shower and ensuring a little tlc in all areas.

I didn't like the fact the bedding smelt like cats and 2 of my kids have asthma they hadn't been washed in any room
