- Most hostels I have been to have a plug by every bed (top and bottom bunks) so you can charge your phone (they usually also have a shelf and small light). This one did not. That is a big minus, I don't understand how/where you're supposed to charge your phone overnight? I only stayed for 1 night and I stayed on the top bunk. The lower bunks had outlets. - You have to pay for Wi-Fi.

Price. Very close to the tube station, even if in very west part of London. Clean, nice bed sheets and clean, free towel. Toilets were nice and not busy. They have multiple kitchens as well. It's the first hostel I've ever been in that had a big fridge in the room and a small table - it was a small 4 bed room and I found that very odd. An electrical outlet would have been much more useful. But can probably be a plus for people staying longer and I think quite a few people here were staying for a while.

Cleaners were so loud from 6am. The doors from other guests would slam very loud all night - surely there is a way to make the thud quieter. Even with ear plugs, kept being awoken.

No real facilities, very basic but you do get what you pay for. Fridge in room useful and would be good if you are staying longer than a night or two.

The communal bathrooms were cleaned every morning, but got quite dirty by the end of the day.

Great location, very close to the Hammersmith underground and bus station. Convenient place to stay for a reasonable price.

noisy all night long because of the automatic closing doors. Staff didn't answer my email. kitchens don't have gear. Handtowel is little, almost not enough for a shower.

The TV room could have been made alot better to encourage more interreaction with fellow people But now doesn't matter as bow closed

One of the rooms was decent enough in size, enough floor room for the four of us to fit cofortably during the day, the other room however barely had the standing room to get from the door to the bed. I will preface this by saying that it cpuld have been someone who used the room before setting it that way, but the fridges in both rooms were set to it's lowest temperature which we only discovered when a can of drink exploded in the middle of the night. Both toilets for each room had some sort of problem ranging from the toilet not flushing for most of a day, to there being toilet water leaking from a pipe in the back causing an awful stench to fill the room when you open the door to it.

The beds were comfortable. It's one of the cheaper options in the area.

There were no forks in the room.

Many kitchens on the floor. Very clean. Interesting and pleasant surroundings, we especially liked bridge. One of the buses was going to Trafalgar square.

Check in took a long time, I was asked to go to a different location as essential “cleaning” was being carried out and there would be a lot of noise. I told them I didn’t really care and I was allowed to stay anyway, however I was only able to do this as I had booked a private room.

Excellent location close to Hammersmith Apollo and station.

We booked this place as it had a kitchen, however pots, pans, and cooking utensils were not provided at all making the stove/oven useless without buying our own. Thankfully the kitchen did have a microwave, kettle, and toaster.

location is great for transport around london, and hammersmith itself is lovely! the rooms were nice, and the beds were comfortable. appreciated having a fridge and cutlery/plates/mugs provided.

it was a little cold and the pillows weren’t super comfy but those are small things i can look past considering it was only a 1 night stay.

it was in the perfect location for the event we wanted to attend and great value for money. a good place to stay for 1 night and had more facilities than we expected. the reception staff were lovely too. thanks so much for your service! :)

Doors of all rooms cannot be closed without a horrible slamming sound, so sometimes it was really disturbing at night.

Excellent location, comfy beds, equipment of the room was sufficient for a low-cost, room was clean, bedsheets and towels changed every second day, receptiniost helpful

The bathroom and toilet zones are not very comfortable for usage and putting your own stuff Strange smell in corridors - they definitely need better ventilation system.

A dorm full of heavy snorers wasn't ideal, but there's not much the venue could have done about that.

Check-in was quick, staff were pleasant, and I had all the space I needed. The location just round the corner from Hammersmith station was very convenient.
