Not the most quiet, walls quite thin.

Travelled to London for London Landmarks Half Marathon. Offered perfect location at reasonable price. Hotel had all I wanted. Room was newly decorated and had all facilities I needed for 1 night stay.

The hotel was hard to find, stairs are steep to rooms and the rooms are quite small. It got quite cold and we had someone knocking on our door at 3am…

In a good location walking distance for shops and restraints. Quick check in and out.

Stayed here for 2 nights, and the staff were lovely! Very helpful and friendly! The rooms are cosy, but with nice big windows that open all the way! Our beds were remade and fresh towels provided on our second day, and the hotel was able to provide a good hairdryer! The shower in our room was snug, but the pressure was excellent! The hotel is a 2 minute walk from Kings Cross station, so excellent location for jumping on the tube! I would say this place is good value for money if you are just looking to get away for a few nights and have a comfy bed to come back to after a long day exploring London!

The rooms were modern and had all you would need for a cpl of nights stay. They provide a phone charger and fruit in the room. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the room was toasty warm. Towels, and toiletries also provided. Front desk were pleasant and helpful

There were individual bottles of water in room which I thought were complimentary but my husband had spotted a sign on reception saying they were £1.50 each. It would have been good if there was a sign in room to clarify.

Shower room was very small so that the sink was not really functional.

The maintenance of the room can be improved as there are traces of moisture on the walls and mould stains on the curtains. The frame hanging above the bed was damp and bent from its weight so we had to move it for fear it would fall on our heads in the night. The bathroom was clean but lacks any horizontal surfaces and hooks for towels, which makes it uncomfortable as it is already very small. When we arrived, the sink was clogged and the towel warmer would not turn on but the staff promptly fixed both issues.

We really appreciated the 24-hour reception with its friendly and helpful staff, as well as the free baggage storage service. I would especially like to thank Vishal for promptly solving the problems we encountered when entering the room. Overall, outr 3 nights stay was fine. The facility matches the photos and reviews we saw online, so I would recommend it to anyone looking for such a solution.
