Unfortunately the neighbours guttering was leaking all night due to the rain and we didn’t get any sleep.

Staff were very friendly. Asked for poached eggs for breakfast which were on menu but told they didn’t have them. Fried eggs were hard but the rest of the breakfast offering was good. Arnold the night guy was great. We were moved to a studio on our second night which was nice. They let us store our luggage for the day which was helpful. Location was good and street was quiet.

No bedside cabinet. Shower over bath. Single beds.logistics at breakfast when guests waiting to seated blocked the coffee machine from those have breakfast which delayed those waiting from getting a seat. Details advised about bag storage pre and post arrival not the same as advised by staff on site.

They didn't refresh the fruit enough for breakfast and I had to climb with two heavy luggage 3 stores to get to my room.

The location is great. Near to the main sites and many restaurants. The staff is very friendly and caring.

I traveled with my daughter and we booked 2 separate beds. The room was so small and the beds were so small and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I slept bad the first 2 nights, but after we put the two small beds together, I slept better.

Had to ask for shower gel (nearly used the washing up liquid in the bathroom which was unmarked). Shower gel readily available in reception along with top ups for tea/coffee etc. Lot of noise from traffic on the main road. We were on the ground floor.

Tea, coffee, milk etc in the room would have been nice. It was offered on an individual basis when checking in but, if more required, you had to ask at another building. Same applies for the shower and bath products

Our room was quite stuffy and warm on the top floor on the studios block No.82. The stairs were also cumbersome in hot weather..but put in the context of where the accommodation is, was no problem for us.

The location of the B and B is exceptional. Its in the most exclusive area in London, in the world. Its with 3mins walk of Tube, Trains, shopping centre and 2mins walk of fantastic coffee shops and bars.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms and we only had one fan which was not enough to ventilate the whole rome.

The rooms were clean and the freshly made egg omlet breakfast was great.

We had originally booked a 2 bed apartment & our room got changed to a family room with 2 bedrooms within - it was a little disappointing as we were expecting a sitting area within our apartment to use at night time when we got back. Didn’t feel like we got our moneys worth given we had paid for a self serviced apartment and just ended up with a bedroom.

The location was perfect & the staff were so friendly, they even put flowers, cake & wine on my grandmas bed as the trip was for her 80th birthday. The breakfast was lovely too!
