Beautiful, quiet setting. Fantastic facilities and thoughtful extra touches. Everything we needed was there. We were also well spaced from other properties so no danger of disturbing anyone or being disturbed. Loved the kitchen area and horse box bathrooms are fine up to a high standard. It was perfect

Only wee niggle for me is that there is no electric plug in the shower blocks so you can dry and straighten your hair 😱😱🤣🤣❤. I would also advise taking extra battery packs if you are going to be using phones or tablets.

Lovely and peaceful. I am allergic to feathers so i contacted the owners and within the hour they bought me a new polyester quilt and pillows, the are amazing and anything you needed or if you had to contact them they always got back to you and gave you the help.

Ran out of power on phone which turned out to be a plus.

Magical weekend with cheviots view. Loved the comfort and little touches provided like prosecco on arrival and cosy blankets.

Having to leave and go back to work!

Location was perfect, nice and quiet, only 5 tents with a decent distance between them. Yeti cool box with welcome fizz, log burner, comfy bed,. hanging rail, phone charger battery, decent covered kitchen area for washing up and gas rings, with a seating area. Converted horse boxes for lovely bathrooms, all well kept and environmentally friendly. We will definitely be back!

The only thing I’d criticise it a few things are starting to look worn, the tops in the toilet and kitchen looked a bit tired. In my tent the fire was hard to open due to no handle so I had to find something to open it with to stop me burning myself. I also think the cups, cutlery and kettle could do with a good wash as they looked a bit grubby

The tent was clean, spacious and in a beautiful location, it was very well spaced out from the other tents as well. It was also well equipped with all the essentials. The showers and toilets facilities were great and the water was running hot, it also wasn’t far to walk to them.

Comfier camping style chairs for sitting out on the deck would have been lovely, but we will book again and just bring our own!

Showers could use some more hooks/shelves for belongings when showering.

Perfect location, close to the local town however far enough to escape from the busyness. Fantastic yurts, so much attention to detail. So much thought has gone into the yurts ie power packs/torches to use. Exceptional views. Nice kitchenette and practical.

A fabulous, beautiful location, both the site and the wider landscape. You can walk to Bambrugh and the coast. Wildlife stunning. The tents are excellent and provide great facilities for cooking. Wood stove is a lovely touch. The bed is so comfortable. Horsebox showers are wonderful with great toiletries. Would have given 10 stars but we had a broken chair in the tent and we could have done with an umbrella outside as it was so sunny and warm. However these are small things, and the site will sort out the chair. There is a large shared cooking space under a canvass shelter that is great to keep cool anyway. A lovely experience all round!

Loved the whole experience. The set up ,the place.The whole shabang..The visiting wildlife were a bonus.If camping is your thing you'll love this little place ..

There's not a lot that I didn't like. Maybe 2 things? The washing up liquid ran out 😂 and maybe there could be a quick start up guide for the fireplace and how to heat the room?? The first night I got the fire going, but I think I set it up wrong, I think I left the flap open so all the heat left the tent? The second day I figured it out and it was lovely and warm though.

Awesome location, I loved the views. All the cooking equipment was perfect for what we needed. Loved the aesthetic of the tents.

The only downfall was the lack of hot water, with only five tents to service an upgrade needs to be explored to provide hot water. There is a need for a freezer on site to re-freeze cool blocks to allow those staying longer then 2 days to refresh their cool boxes. Maybe access to mobile WiFi router would also be great.

The location was great for exploring the area, the tents are well spaced out so you don't disturb other guests. The in tent facilities we excellent and of great quality, the bed was very comfy, they have thought of everything to me your needs.

Nothing we didn’t like! Few minor additions could enhance further such as offering breakfast packs to buy from the superb local butcher we found, milk etc.

Very comfortable, well thought out and good facilities. Beautiful part of the world. Peaceful and relaxing, made a short break feel wonderfully long. Hosts very communicative from initial point of booking right up to arriving. Thank you.

Beautiful location and a short 15 min walk into lovely Banbrugh! The tent was just wonderful with everything you need provided for a comfortable stay. Just bring food to cook or barbecue. Double bed with quality bed linen. Loved the wood burning stove, which kept us cosy as it started to cool in the evening. Tranquil, calming and peaceful environment in a stunning location. Loved every minute of out stay in tent 5.

So peaceful, beautiful area and now after staying in the pod do not want to go ‘normal’ tenting again 😀 Horse box shower/ toilet facilities fantastic, clean, lovely toiletries and always had hot water. Absolutely loved staying here. Would recommend whole heartedly.
