The noise in the room with a function going on in the hotel was a surprise for the room being a suite. We were advised the function would be finished at 12.30 but it was after 1am Also no telephone in a suite was unusual as we did need to get in touch with reception

I was very pleased with the room that we've booked. I really liked the welcoming atmosphere. Both the room and bathroom were modern, spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the king suite offered generous space for a family of 3. We did not have the chance to try the food in the restaurant. Perhaps next time. Helpful and kind staff in Reception. They were happy to accommodate our requests. Generous parking area. Good spa & leisure facilities. The communal changing room is absolutely fine as there are closed shower cubicles and changing booths. The complimentary bathrobes, slippers, sweets & bottles of water in the room were a very nice touch. Thank you!

The room I had booked was separate to the hotel (I didnt realise this). When using the pool- there were shared male and female changing area.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I used the gym in the morning

breakfast was not well organised. Had to wait 15 minutes for fried eggs and scrambled eggs to be topped up. Also had to wait 20 minutes for tea.

super king duvet inside a king size cover ! red hot towel radiator stayed on all night very close to toilet no sofa in the room despite one on pictures of executive room
