We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The pool was great and all facilities were clean. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Lovely place, great location. We used as a quiet bar to explore Blackpool and surrounding area and weren't disappointed. Special mention for the night receptionist who got a box of toys out for the children and Jahana who was very welcoming and friendly
