We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe apartment is a bit tired & dated but perfectly good for a short stay and we would use it again.
Spacious apartment on the second floor (no lift FYI). Nice view of the bay in Oban and on the high street through town so ideal to access shops and places to eat. There is no TV but the view meant you could people watch for hours! Super fluffy towels and a good shower. Electric storage heaters got the place nice and cosy in no time. Most parking in the area is on a meter but can be paid for by card and charges end at 6pm so overnight was free and right outside the apartment. Very helpful and friendly host.

United KingdomArrived to find the flat very cold with no Heating on, with outside tempratures of -3 switching the heating on before we arrived would have made it a little better. The Lights tripped out during the night so woke up to a pitch black rooms and toilet. Since we left I have checked the reviews and this seems to have happened to at least one other visitor. Also the toilet wouldn't flush!! Due to the short time I was there (Less than 12 Hours) I didn't bother to contact the host so I'm unsure how he/she would have dealt with my problems but I won't be staying again.

United KingdomReview of [Property Name] in Oban Our experience at this serviced apartment was far from satisfactory. From the outset, communication from the host was unhelpful and condescending. The rushed information pack, scribbled in felt tip, set the tone for what felt like being treated as school children—or worse. The apartment itself was disappointing. The carpet was patchy, one duvet was missing a cover, and we discovered someone else’s clothing (a top) left under one of the beds. Despite communicating these issues, the host failed to address them. The apartment was consistently cold even with the heating on, and the cooker (oven) was so inefficient that we had to visit a local friend’s home just to prepare meals. On our final morning, we awoke to find the lights were off, adding to the litany of problems. To make matters worse, the tone of the host’s communication declined further, culminating in unfounded accusations that we had removed a light bulb and a lamp. Although the host had a team managing the property in her absence, she still felt it necessary to send multiple accusatory emails, which were both inappropriate and unprofessional. Tragically, during our stay, one of our party was hospitalised with pneumonia. While the host was made aware of this, she showed no empathy or concern, demonstrating a complete lack of customer care. This stay compounded an already stressful time, and the host’s attitude and poor handling of the situation have left us with no desire to return. I cannot recommend this property to anyone seeking a pleasant and stress-free experience.

United KingdomThere was no Wi-Fi in the flat. This was particularly annoying as it was advertised as having free Wi-Fi. There was what appeared to be a router in the kitchen plugged into the mains but it had no case around it and produced no signal. When we contacted the agent they were very unhelpful. Additionally, the microwave didn’t work and the pans provided in the kitchen were very inadequate, being just a wok and skillet. There was no TV or hairdryer which are frequently provided in accommodation.
It was a good location and once we’d worked out how the heating worked it was warm. The bed was comfortable, although the bottom sheet wasn’t a good fit for the mattress. Having a hot towel rail in the bathroom was good.

Well equipped apartment with all amenities. Especially the kitchen had all the equipment for cooking and washing. The location was right in the center of the town. Car parking nearby the apartment was also a bonus.
