Lovely modern van on the North Denes site

Nothing really, it was cosy and comfy. Maybe advise on bringing own bedding, duvet covers sheets etc

There was no staff to help out of hours. At least someone to answer the phone when arrived after check in time. That caused a lot of unnecessary panic, it was not nice.

The caravan is really beautiful😍 I liked it very much. It was clean, beautifully decorated. I would like to visit again. There was everything, cutlery, plates, cups & pots, everything except for linen. It was perfect, thank God🙌🏽

Stunning caravan, nice location, very clean and spacious, which helped to make a relaxing stay.

There was no broom or hoover to tidy up after yourself. Ran out of gas on final day so had no hot water or heating. Furniture Was a bit tatty, I.e the vinyl on coffee table was all lifted around the edges. The dining table was chipped on the corners. There was a strange smell despite many air fresheners being placed around. Nothing major although this would have made our experience better.

Well the property overall was quite homely and welcoming and really well designed, however we noticed a small patch of water marks near the fire in the the living room infront of the main mirror that backs on to the kitchen wall that separated the living room and kitchen, we noticed ones that her our 2 night stay the more we used any of the water facilities I.e the sink and especially the bath or shower the water patch would get bigger and wetter and by the time we come to the end of our stay the water that only started out as the size of an average footprint had spread and traveled from where the electric fore was to the end of the main mirror where the runner is on the carpet to separate the 2 rooms, I did try to contact about this however every email I tried came back with a “noreplyemail” saying it wasn’t the right email link, I feel there may be a broken water pipe I have attached a photo circling the water in red

The lay out of the property, the fact it had a varander separate to the main door, the bedrooms were spacious and very very pleased it had a bath with and overhead shower as that accommodated for my autistic sister who can only have baths as she’s fearful of the shower and pleased to have an en-suite in the main bedroom as this accommodates for the amount of people having to share bathrooms

Major aspect was the fact it’s described as being by the beach but the actual small stretch of beach you can access is at least ten minutes walk. There is no beach behind the sea wall you can see in the photos, it’s the sea and there are warnings stating you’re not allowed to access it, swim etc. Both toilet seats are about to break (sliding over on one hinge) Needs a deep clean throughout but perhaps it’s because it’s coming to the end of the season and that will happen but things like the blinds are filthy. Overall the caravan is looking quite tired now throughout with lots of the plastic coated finish on the units peeling off.

We was without gas for several hours when we arrived and then 2 days after that we was without gas again for 24 hours.

It had a bath tub.

Very bad smell coming from the carpet.. Once that's replaced it will be very good. I cut the stay short due to the smell which the cleaners tried but couldn't eliminate.. Had one night refunded..
