We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomUnfortunately the TV Ariel didn't reach TV so we had no live TV. Livingroom pull out bed was very uncomfortable for younger children. Was no trays for the oven to cook chips etc.
Owner was very helpful, polite and answers very quickly, also helped to arrange and earlier entry to caravan. The two main bedrooms where very comfortable. Caravan was very clean, we enjoyed the holiday. Lots to do on site as a family, and in the local area, beach is very sort distance away

We got there and there was no bedding we paid for. 4.the bedding turned up but not for all of us. 5. Neighbours disrespectful 6.
