The noise level rising up from the courtyard, which can’t be helped. The tiles in the bathroom shower on the lower wall needed a bit of (Bleach) But overall very good. Thank you

Very professional check in.. Excellence service in the restaurant staff very attentive but not over powering. The room was clean, with cotton linen on the bed which was very comfortable, Spa products in the bathroom of Elemis.. Over all very pleasant room over looking the harbour.

it is very lively so if you want a quiet night it would not suit you (we were there on a Friday). it suited us well as we were not going to bed early.

The location was excellent. the restaurant was also good. there was a wonderful atmosphere in the pub. exceptional breakfast.

If I had to be really picky a comfy chair in the bedroom would be good.

Comfortable room - lovely comfy bed. Great to have a bath too! Food very good and cost of food and wine very reasonable.

there were no gluten free options for breakfast. there are so many people with food allergies that being able to offer a gluten free granola or a non dairy yoghurt is really important. so I wasn’t able to eat any of the food they had available

The staff were very helpful and lovely. the room was beautifully decorated and extremely clean and comfortable. we met friends for dinner in the restaurant and the food was great. the staff directed us to parking just steps away.

Next time we would opt for a sea view away from the high street and make the most of the harbour views.

The hotel itself is beautifully furnished and in an excellent location. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and welcoming.

Perfect spot to stay to experience the real flavour of Falmouth harbour. Comfy bed, lovely decor, excellent shower, easy access, clean, friendly staff. We enjoyed our delicious, morning coffee out on the restaurant deck while watching a huge seal in the harbour. Thank you!

The loud conversation/laughter noise from the seating area outside later in the evening was a bit annoying but unfortunately not a lot can be done about that due to the location of the bedrooms.

The location was great with a lovely view over the harbour. The food was really good with a varied choice. The staff were all helpful and polite.

Windows that didn’t open enough. One top sash window was painted over & wouldn’t move. To put this in context it was during the 2022 heat wave

We were not told how to come and go when the bar was closed therefore ended up having an ubrupt conversation with someone in the bar when we had checked out early on a Thursday.

There was no conditioner in the bathroom as described. The breakfast was a big disappointment. Largely tasteless and the staff working in the restaurant was cold. The breakfast was included in the bill so we did not have the option to cancel it.

The room was spacious with amazing sea views. Exactly the same as expected. Staff for check-in is welcoming and helpful.
