We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I loved my stay here. Stunning sea front location, a cheerful and kind host, the most amazing breakfast. I slept well to the gentle sound of the sea. I loved my room, its thoughtful decor and sea view were charming. The facilities work well. I would happily recommend and stay here again.

United KingdomThe owner Melanie is so lovely, personable and accommodating and makes Channel View such a welcoming place to stay. There are different options to request for breakfast (it was really good!), the sea view single room I stopped in was fab, loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of crashing waves and it was in a great spot to see the sun rise each morning. Really enjoyed my stay and would 100% stay again when next back in Weymouth.

Melany was an excellent host, very welcoming, breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Banana bread in room was a nice addition. Room was clean and had everything needed.
