Everything was fantastic, very friendly people, amazing location, great pool and sauna, tasty breakfasts with good selection! The only downside - the WIFI wasn’t working well in the hotel room, otherwise the stay was lovely.

- really needs a refresh - very noisy flooring, kept getting woken up by neighbours above moving across the room - bathroom needs redoing

We reported the bathroom fan on arrival which was completely broken and we were told it would be fixed but it never was so meant we could not shower in the bathroom as there was no other means of ventilation and not good for the toilet.

All staff except head waiter on the last morning were very friendly. The swimming pool was a big bonus and great as we had it to ourselves

I requested late check out for only 1 hour extra, was agreed but staff did not communicate with each other. Means, I was threatened to leave in 30 minutes or would be charged extra, not good attitude.

The room was a bit overheated (the heater wasn't on and it's actually slightly chilled outside) and with a smell of new wooden furnitures.

shower is not fixed it’s hard to mixed the tem and the water flow is very slow the door knob in toilet is broken the room got only 1 electric fan the room is too hot and it’s not air conditioned

the property is ok but not what we expect the room is very minimal and they don’t do the cleaning they only empty bins and don’t hoover everyday .And toilet wasn’t cleaned when we arrived . .We have to request another electric fan as it’s too. i thought this is fully air conditioned but it’s not I have an asthma and the floor is not cleaned and the shower is not great .old fashioned the door knob in toilet is broken we stayed at door 61 .

It is clean - but tired and dated. The parking - especially for the disabled - is no better than adequate. The meals are nice but not value for money. This is a three-star hotel that charges four-star prices. It’s an ‘okay’ place that could do better if it better invested in its services…

The staff - especially the waiters and waitresses - were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Kimberley, Wiz, Andy and Lee deserve a special mention 🙌

It is a little dated throughout and some things could do with a refresh. The pool changing rooms smelt very strongly of urine which was most unpleasant.

The location is excellent. Shanklin is beautiful and the hotel is in the heart of it.
