Pat and Stuart were wonderful hosts. They were helpful and welcoming and made a lovely breakfast 😋 I would definitely recommend their lovely guest house to anyone visiting llandudno 😊

The staff where so welcoming and friendly! Made the experience really good as it was welcoming environment and had a cozy setting. Close to local stores and amusements but not close so close that your hearing loads of people 24/7! Beds give you best sleep ever and the room was perfect for me and my partner ! Pat and Stuart really out do themselves to give you a fabulous stay

Very good location within very easy reach of town and promenade. Huge bonus having free on site parking. The property is immaculate and the owners are extremely attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with great range of choice.

If I'm honest, the rooms are lovely but the ensuite was tiny, im 100kg and it was tight.

Our room had a small bathroom. Clean and functional but "very small"

Very friendly hosts and everything was looked after and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The location was great, close enough to the beach and town centre but also away from the central area (by only a few hundred yards), but it meant car parking wasn't the problem that a lot of other B & Bs have.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Lovely welcome from Pat and Stuart. Clean, well presented room, with quality oak furniture. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was filling with plenty to choose from on the menu.

The size of the room was a bit small, and the mattress perhaps a bit too soft, but neither were so bad that I'd complain about them.

The location of this property is excellent. It is very close to the beach and to various shops, restaurants, bars, and places of interest. Stuart and Pat were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the service was prompt. We would definitely stay there again if we were to travel to Wales again.

This is not a dislike, just a mention, the top room has 6 sets of steps to it, be aware, if you have breathing or leg issues.

Free parking, lovely welcome, immaculate room, very quiet, free tea and coffee in room, breakfast is one of the best ever, nothing is problem for Pat & Stuart.

The chilterns b and b was excellent. Pat and Stuart were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Room was lovely. Very clean and everything we needed. Water, kettle, biscuits. Milk and teabags, coffee and hot chocolate. Bed was very comfy and plenty of space to hang clothes etc. The breakfast was excellent. Cooked perfectly and plenty of it. From cereals, yoghurts to full cooked breakfast and toast with plenty to pick from. Tea and coffee or juice. Excellent location for visiting Llandudno and attractions. Everything in walking distance.

Nothing to complain about at all. We were on the top floor and being elderly found going upstairs a little difficult but it did not impede us overmuch, it was what we expected.

The only thing i would have liked was a blade to swipe the shower with , but how can you improve outstanding

The breakfast was brilliant with a wide choice on the menu Stuart and Pat could not have done anymore to make our stay enjoyable . The room was very comfortable and up to a high standard with decor and a good supply of tea/coffee and water . There was nothing that they had not thought of . This did not surprise us as we had stayed there about 10 yrs ago and the high standards are still there iam pleased to say !! parking is not a problem either outside the accommodation or opposite . The road is only a few minutes from the main streets and sea front but it is very quiet with very little traffic
