The Stairs are not good and very dangerous to fall easily and break your legs or hands. My room was very high on the last floor and I could almost break my legs.

This Hotel was really small. On Reception was friendly personal Mohamed and other guy and they helped me to explain the ways to the city and more. The Breakfast was good. My room nr.14 was upgrated and was bigger and nice. Thank you for it.

I expected better cleaned rooms when we moved in Room: the bathroom too small breakfast: we were informed that there is continental breakfast, but found not type of ham, sausages etc

Friendly staff on arrival, comfortable beds, great location close to train station. Warm rooms. Good tv and nice selection of tea/coffee in room replenished each day.

There are no sound barriers. Rooms are very close, and the room next to mine was noisy when I arrived. I had to request a bath towel as there was none in the bathroom except for a hand towel.

The location was great. I was able to have breakfast, although I was checking out before the start of the breakfast service. Thank you to the reception staff.

In the morning there was a very powerful smell of fried food which entered the room through the ventilation hole. Also, the doors closing system was loudly and we could hear the door slamming every time someone entered or exited near us.

Great location, very close to bus station. The staff was friendly and willing to help. The room was nice and it had everything we needed. The bathroom was a little small, but it was ok.

On booking.com it states parking but the guy from the hotel charged me £20 to park in front the hotel it wasn't council parking space it was belong to the hotel but for one night I paid £20 extra.

Work was going on next door so lots of drilling and banging next to our room but not our hotels fault. Alot of stairs and no lift after my operation was a little difficult

Needed new pillows, there were very lumpy. Corners were a bit grubby and felt it needed more of a clean in some areas.

Very friendly staff and welcoming. Lots of choices for breakfast, and refreshing that there was no meat options. Loved the shower. And having a fridge was a bonus.

The beds and the floor at first sight looked clean but when we checked them we found many hairs on them. Even on the mini fridge.

Breakfast could be better, there were just three meals - fried fish, beans and eggs - every morning, plus something sweet. No English breakfast, there was no sausages, bacon, ham or any meat, possibly for religious reasons, but it was ok... Just the same thing every day :)

The Breakfast room was a bit cramped and the coffee could be stronger!

It was well maintained and the staff were very nice. The room and adjoining bathroom were clean and had sufficient towels and toiletries for my stay, with a working hairdryer and kettle.
