It was a bit cold and there was no heating in the room (the staff member we asked didn't know how to turn it on). It wasn't very cold but I'd prefer it if it was 2-3 degrees warmer

The staff was AMAZING! Very accommodating, nice and friendly and did everything to help us when we asked to upgrade our room. It took forever as the system was difficult to navigate but they didn't give up and were really nice about it. The location was also perfect!

The bathroom doesn't have a hook to hang clothes. I only stayed for a night but the sink was wet and might need some cleaning when I used it.

Comfy bed, clean room, great privacy and good location. I like the kitchen area so is the lobby area. Very cosy but not as busy. I would definitely stay again next time.

There were issues with the toilet/shower on my floor... so I had to go to other floors for a shower and that was inconvenient.

I really liked that the lockers were bigger here than the loft, the kitchen is spacious and the staff were helpful

Honestly, the only thing we don't like is that there aren't more branches of Code in other cities!

Clean facilities, fantastic location, easy access to everything, clever storage in the room. It felt like a private getaway for my girlfriend and I, even though the hostel is clearly a very popular place to stay.

Other guests being loud late at night. Not being respectful or considerate of other guests. Lots of doors slamming past 10 PM. There were some young guests from Ireland, in the dorm I was staying in who stayed up till almost 2 AM talking and drinking.

Beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed the privacy of the pods and the "mood" lighting. Something that you don't get in other hostels. The privacy curtain was a nice touch, in addition to the elevator. Hostel had lots of modern touches throughout. The bathroom interior was very modern and looked high end. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Location was ground zero; central to everything. The building represents a jail and the rooms cells. The beds are capsules with lights and usb ports inside. You have your own locker and there is a common kitchen. I really loved this place and would come again.

The location was great, it was very clean and the beds were comfy! In my experience a lot of people were working in the common room and it sometimes felt difficult to find other travelers who like to hang out. Maybe a suggestion, create a part of the common room as 'hang out' area and the other part as 'work space'. This way it gets easier for people to connect.

I wasn’t particularly impressed with the toilets, they weren’t as clean as I expected them to be. But I am confident the staff would have easily sorted it out. I just didn’t have enough time to ask them.

love how accessible Code Pod is and the staff are super supportive and kind. I checked in quite late and left very early for my visa appointment. I love that even after checking out they let you store your luggage there if you wish to go around the city (provided they have space ofcourse). It was super easy and hassle free.
