Some customers, including me, find misbehaviours of people living in the same pod. Whereas people should take care of their own belongings, there should be more active responses and staff's help.

The location is quite good and it's fantastic to enjoy the overview of the St Gill Church outside my window. Plus, the restaurants within the walking distance are superb and you are there to give it a try since it is near the Royal Mile!!

The see through shower and bathroom. It was frosted glass but you would have seen quite a lot - good job me or my mum didn't need a shower, it would have been a bit awkward! (It was a private twin room)

Location was brilliant, right on the royal mile. It was novel and good for me and my mum who stayed the one night for an Eagles concert.

To improve the customer service of other few members of staff, especially a Mexican girl that was at the breakfast that was not really focused on the customer service.

It was a nice environment and all the facilities were clean. All the staff at the reception was very nice.

The pillows were a little flat and uncomfortable.

The whole atmosphere of Code Pod was very relaxed, but we felt extremely safe. Our dorm was clean and comfortable and everyone was respectful. We really enjoyed our stay and the privacy we had with the pod bunks.

shared bathrooms is always tricky. some were left unclean by other guests. leaving your luggage for the day is to your own risk. they dont lock it up for you or give you number tags

When sleeping at night, the bed will be a little stuffy with the curtains closed, and the quilt is a little damp, but it's not a big problem.

The staff are very friendly! You can seek their help with any questions. The booked room looked clean and the shower room was clean without any bad smell. The location is very good. Great for solo backpacking!

Only downside is if you plan on making your own breakfast instead of paying for the buffet, good luck finding any space to do so as it’s a small kitchen and everything js covered by the buffet stuff. buffet looked like a good option though (I was on a tight budget)

Love the pod beds, super private even with a shelf and two coloured lights and coat hooks. Rooms also come with locked cupboards for every person. Bathrooms even great for a hostel

If I were to be picky I would say the cells can get a little stuffy at night with the curtain closed but obviously that’s not too much of an issue.

A refurbished jail located right off the Royal Mile. The concept of staying in a “cell” is really quirky and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place. Breakfast was only an extra £4 which was great value for money. they also offered a lot of services such as a walking tour etc.

I'm 6'2, the toilet was a bit cramped, tiny niggle and made no impact on my stay.

The staff were great, the facilities were good. The location was amazing! The place was great!
