There was nothing significant that I disliked about the property. It exceeded my expectations in every way.

I loved the unique and modern design of the pods, which provided both privacy and comfort. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Edinburgh’s main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There was a storage room that was open to hold luggage before I checked in, but it was very crowded (could barely walk through, all the lockers were occupied, so I had to leave my luggage in the middle of the room). It seemed like anyone with a code could walk in and grab anything. Great that this room was available, but maybe having a bigger room or more security to ensure nothing is stolen/ lost.

Great atmosphere with friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms, big storage space for luggage inside the rooms. Great location too - right in the heart of the city, close to bars, cafes, museums, and shops. I found the beds comfy and liked how we could close the curtains for a dark and private space while we slept. Also participated in fun social events like the city tour and music bingo - met some great people during my stay!

Young friendly staff. A great place to stay especially for single travelers, with facilities for laundry, cooking, etc. Clean and comfortable beds, with some private rooms with en suite baths. Lots going on.

It's very pricey for a shared room, however very good quality!

The Pod was actually very comfortable and once you close the curtain it feels a bit of a private room. I also had very quiet roommates, thus they didn't bother me at any time of the day - at least through earplugs. The place has a big dining area/kitchen for you to hang or prepare your own meals which was nice break for restaurant food and prices. There are plenty of showers and toilets, separated by gender.

The common space was often being used by people working remotely. The environment was less social and more « productive », so I went elsewhere to meet friends.

Excellent location in the heart of the Old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hostel was well organised, felt safe, the female dorm was quiet, bathrooms were spacious with good ventilation

Very touristy area, but that's to be expected.

Nth really matter

High privacy, quite well maintained and equipped as a hostel. I personally think it would be better than some hotel if you are not that afraid of people, yet you don’t need to talk to them most of the time.

Only 1 shower was working while I was staying there. Hopefully in the future, it could be sorted out a bit sooner.

USB-C ports in the pods would’ve been nice.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was really quiet and cosy, I really enjoyed the added privacy that the pods provided.
