Expensive for the size of room but I guess that’s because they hike prices up when people are attending the concerts. Pity there’s no seating area in lobby when elderly are waiting for taxi. A coffee shop would be nice too. Breakfast Luke warm.

The room was tired and the decoration needed refurbishing. The restaurant could be a bit bigger as there were many people queueing for breakfast.

The location is ideal for access to the arena and to the rest of the city. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful.

First, the room had not been cleaned properly, the bin in the bathroom was full to overflowing. Second the remote for the tv was missing, as the previous occupants had taken it, according to maintenance. The wrong one was given, so that had to be changed! Breakfast on the second morning, was a fiasco. My gluten free bread had been forgotten! I went to the kitchen amd the cook said she had forgotten. I got my food after 10.00.

Quirky hotel 10-15 min walk from train station and 5 min walk to Motorpoint Arena. Pubs, eateries and vintage clothing stores aplenty in the area.

Some wear and tear visible lead to some negative impressions of the hotel having deteriorated since our previous stay - moth eaten / threadbare carpet, damaged electrical points, net curtain falling off. Our bed was, although comfortable , in need of urgent replacement as when laying down your feet were higher than your head !

The property needed a good clean. Yes it’s quirky but no excuse for not being clean. The first room had water pouring from the air con unit and smelt damp the second room was dusty and had gnats but the third room was acceptable

We were woken up in the night by people knocking on our door for a while. Can't be helped as its in a city centre and lots of drunk people about, however as we didn't sleep great that's why I scored an 8. Would definitely come back again though!

Amazing staff all super helpful and friendly. Made me feel less nervous whilst being on my own. All seemed genuinely nice and not falsey put on for show.

The room hadn't been vacuumed, the floor was dirty with stains and crumbs. The room smelt of smoke or dirt maybe? The blind was broken so didnt open so no natural light

The staff were really lovely, helpful and polite. The location was perfect.

The floors in the bedroom were noisy especially noticeable at night.

I like the themed suitcase props in the room & in hotel lobby.. I also liked the other themed pictures etc in both lobby & room. I loved the breakfast & the breakfast area...the waiter on the day was extremely polite & looked after us very well.....he enhanced the breakfast experience.
