The beds are uncomfortable. The mattresses were hard and the surface was uneven.

We left our please service room tag on the door, on return to our room it had been sprayed with air freshener and that was all that had been done on that particular day. We left the request a second day & the room was sorted the second time. But that is our only poor comment of our stay.

Be good if the breakfast went on a little later on a Sunday morning. The 8am fire alarm.

The food is delicious but a little pricey.

I love the decor. The renovation has been lovely. The fish tanks were there when I first visited 10 years ago but they remain beautiful and my son loved seeing them for the first time.

The TV need to be up grated.

The room was spotless. It was beautifully done. Bed and pillows comfortable. The room had everything we needed. The breakfast was alright. English breakfast was ok but I didn´t get croissants as it would take a while for them to be ready. The pool was great too. My daughter enjoyed every moment of that.

Was quite noisy in corridors up until midnight. Lots of children running around but it was Easter. Also children in the adults only bar ?

The beds were a little disappointing. The single bed was uncomfortable for my son, his feet were dangling over the edge so he didn't rest well. The double bed that my daughter and I shared was fine, no complaints. Perhaps 2 double beds would have been better. Also the jacuzzi wasn't working from Sunday, through no fault of the hotel's. The staff member at the pool sign-in desk explained the issue on Monday morning and it was an unforeseen issue that the engineers couldn't resolve on the spot as it involved ordering a part. Such a shame!

The chalet style building was lovely. The reception and lounge area is set out beautifully, lots of seating, open and welcoming and the chairs and sofas very comfortable. Great atmosphere, lots of families and friendly vibes. The staff were superb, honestly could not rate them high enough. They were so kind to me and my kids and went above and beyond to accommodate our request for early check in, they were attentive, understanding and kept us updated. The room was great and up-to-date, better than we expected. Breakfast was very good, we enjoyed the selection and the croissants were delicious and buttery. The restaurant staff were friendly and professional which was great. The bar staff were also great and so were the staff at the pool. In fact all the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly.

Loved the interior so much the colour was so nice ,the aquarium was just the bonus, swimming pool was so nice & warm ,all facilities was super cleann.The food on the restaurant was delicious. I really thought I was in the best Swiss hotel in the Alpes.Well done to the management & staff Please keep up this amazing standard 🏨,🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🤩Will definitely return💯✨

We all struggled to fall asleep before 2am when the club closed which left us tired during the day on our activities. We couldn't visit beirkeller as our son was 17 and wasnt allowed in even for a coke so we didnt want to just leave him in the room so decided not to attend at all.

Breakfast was nice but very slow to be refilled and found ourselves standing around waiting for longer than we should. Restaurant food was amazing we really enjoyed it. We considered room service but £12 for a sandwich was far too expensive and with the additional tray fee was more than we was willing to spend.

Got woken up a few times with people making noise probably coming back from the night club downstairs.

The staff were very professional and very well trained which makes a huge difference to the experience. Room was modern and well renovated. Good facilities like safe in room. Overall I would recommend. Very well placed and was good distance from many family days out like the coral reef waterpark, the look out and Lego land. Nice building as well. Common areas on floors are slightly dated but not and issue. Rooms and bar area very modern. Breakfast very very good and staff helpful and attentive.
