No complaints, decor seems new and lodge clean and comfortable.

Pretty setting. Comfortable and modern lodge with all basics covered and lots of finishing extras. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we had booked longer. Holiday park offers other facilities too but the lodge is in a quiet area of the park. The best of both worlds.

The lodge is situated in a beautiful peaceful location. The lodge itself was home from home with beautiful finishing touches . It was my first break away on my own and Sharon ensured instructions were given the day before on how to get to the lodge she was also on the other end of the phone to help me when I struggled to connect to the WiFi and sort the gas out that was easily resolved with her guidance. I would highly recommend Ribble Heights and I will definitely be back. Thanks Sharon I loved it .

The whole experience of staying at Ribble Heights Holiday Lodge was absolutely perfect. Upon booking we quickly received an email from the host with information about how we would be able to access the lodge. The day before our stay the host sent us videos about how to navigate the twists and turns if the park leading to our particular lodge. For someone like me, who had a terrible sense of direction, this was brilliant as it enabled us to find the lodge on the first attempt. The instructions about how to access the lodge were also really clear. The Lodge itself was absolutely beautiful. Decorated so nicely... definitely a home from home feel. The entire lodge was absolutely spotless and all bedding and towels were included. The area around the lodge is very peaceful, with beautiful views. We were lucky enough to have brilliant weather so it was lovely to sit out on the balcony at all times of day and evening. We stayed at the Lodge for two nights as a couple however this would be more than suitable for a family. There is plenty of space and plenty of storage space as well. Everything you could need was avaliable. The appliances were all of a high quality and well looked after. My partner and I travel a lot and use various properties/air b&b's. I can honestly say that this was the best property we have stayed in. The host has thought of absolutely everything. For me personally, one thing I really liked was that cleaning products were left avaliable. If you're staying for more than a couple of days, this is perfect to keep the place fresh. Thank you... we loved it!

    Not a thing.

The entire stay was beautiful. The moment we walked through the door at the lodge, it smelt amazing and to be treated by a beautiful welcome basket was such a lovely and kind touch. A warm and homely welcoming with beautiful little home touches all around the lodge. The duvets were brilliant quality and kept the entire family warm and comfortable during the stay. And for lodge beds, we have zero complaints, extremely comfortable. A great night's sleep. The kitchen had almost the utensils that you needed and was expectionally clean! There was even tea, coffee, sugar and milk on arrival, taking away that rush to find your own. Another fanatsic touch. The lodges location is brilliant. Peaceful with stunning views. I couldn't recommend staying with Sharon at the Lodge enough. All questions and queries answered quickly and with great direction. 5* easily, one of the nicest places we have ever had the privilege of staying.

    Nothing!

If you are looking for a couple getaway this is the one for you. Sharon is an amazing host prior to arrival by giving updates on the weather as well providing visual instructions to the property which was very useful. On arrival to the lodge there is perfect parking for one vehicle and it is nice that the lodge is a bit more private. The back of the lodge looks out to some fields where we could see horses and cows. The lodge Once we entered we were pleasantly surprised at how modern it was. The kitchen and lounge area is one room and very spacious! Kitchen had everything you need including condiments. The oven was super easy to use and there was a lovely welcome basket which was very appreciated. The lounge area is super cosy with an eating area and a longer sofa. Both super comfortable. The is decking which chairs and loungers again comfortable to sit on and sliding doors easy to access. The cozy touch to the room for us was definitely the fire heater beneath the TV which also homed some games which we used as leisure. The TV had lots of channels to use aswell as a dvd player. Moving to the bathroom there are lots of towels and equipped with shower gel and soap. The decor of purple and cream could be seen throughout the property. The first room looks out to an amazing view of the hills and includes a wardrobe. The main wardrobe was for sure my favourite with the ensuite toilet. The bed was super super comfortable the kind your head hits the pillow and you are gone. The duvet is perfect for the slightly chiller nights and an extra heater was also provided. The lodge was very clean and smelt amazing. We really enjoyed our time here and made most of every hour we were there. Because we were given a lot of information prior to arrival we were already equipped with information this really helped us in the glamping mood. Overall it was an amazing stay and gutted had to leave.

A tranquil retreat in the heart of nature From the moment we looked out onto the balcony of the Lodge, we knew we were in for a treat. As a nature enthusiast, there's nothing quite like starting the day surrounded by the peaceful sounds of birds chirping and the sight of wildlife. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, while immersed in such natural surroundings. This glamping lodge is like total luxury in the wild. The place was spotless. The bed was incredibly warm and comfortable, a great night's sleep that felt like sleeping under a cloud. Central heating and double glazed. Fully equipped kitchen. It was a great retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the perfect sanctuary. It allowed us to unwind fully and slow down both body and mind. The lodge's setting is idyllic, surrounded by breathtaking countryside that we can’t wait to explore more. We did some beautiful local walks recommended to us. The view from the bedroom windows was another highlight, a picturesque scene of the fields and countryside stretching out to beacon fell in the distance. . The thoughtful welcome basket was a lovely touch aswell, that made us feel right at home. While the lodge has a TV and Free Netflix, we found ourselves drawn to the simple pleasures of reading a book, surrounded by the natural beauty. It was like a detox that recharged our batteries, drained from our busy jobs. It’s a little tranquil hidden gem . Our stay was magical, and we are planning our return to explore more of what the Ribble Valley has to offer. Can’t wait for another peaceful getaway, we are looking forward to coming back to this lodge.

There were only 2 of us, but if we were cooking for 4, we would have needed larger pans.

Great location just outside Longridge. Very clean, cosy, comfy bed and lovely bathroom. En-suite toilet in main bedroom was a bonus. This has everything you need, all beautifully presented. The host was really helpful sending detailed directions and videos which we needed as we arrived in the dark.
