Everything was clean and tidy, food was freshly cooked with your choice, staff were very pleasant parking was very good and easy accessible.

We had a lovely welcome from the owners who are retiring this next week..very best wishes for a long and very happy retirement! Our room was very clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were fantastic, the location suited us perfectly. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Nothing. Unpleasant smelly lobby. Dull, late, unhygienic limited breakfast. Did find hair in the baked beans. Noisy motor sounds in the bathroom. Found hair on the towels and bed when we entered the room. Insects flying everywhere. WiFi didn’t work for 2 days. Do not recommend if you’re coming for a long stay.

Cleanliness of the room once you booked in they never bothered to check your room even down to the cups they had to be cleaned by yourselves . Found blood on one pillow luckily it was one that we didn't use .

Tricky parking. Restricted space, had to double park. Owner sometimes confused. Difficulty making card payment, due to unreliable Wifi. No acknowledgement when I managed to pay by BACS.

Owner was friendly, helpful and hardworking. Close to a lot of restaurants, and to the Great Orme and a beach.

Small rooms, walls paper thin, noise from other rooms quite loud, no lift, steep stairs, rooms overpriced even for August in my opinion...would still rebook because the host and her daughters were fantastic, service was first class,thank you Amy and well done!!...

Although the email from Booking.com did mention that certain facilities were "not available due to Covid restrictions at this hotel", we were very surprised indeed that not only did we have to empty our own bins, we had to make our own bed and NO-ONE came into the room all week to clean at all. Despite still being very cautious about Covid myself as I have vulnerable parents, I would just like to remind everyone that there are NO NATIONAL COVID RESTRICTIONS ANY MORE!!!!! If I had known about this, I would NOT have booked to stay at this hotel.

Amy and her staff were always smiling, friendly and helpful ... the cooked breakfast was great and efficiently brought to the table. We were always asked if we wanted more of anything. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a great view of the Great Orme and town centre.
