At one point near the start someone else came into our room by accident, this made it a bit uncomfortable whenever we heard footsteps as we half-expected someone else to accidentally enter. Also slightly leaky shower was a bit annoying at times.

Clean room, nice atmosphere, modern but not to the point of distaste. Check-in and check-out felt efficient.

The staff were helpful in the reception, but we were expecting to leave the luggage beyond 5PM on the checkout day which was the closing time of the reception. Though this is not guaranteed by the hotel, but these small things make a difference in the industry.

The place is well located on the high street, the room is very spacious. The room had good bed, TV, table and a chair and a small open wardrobe. The room also had small 'necessary' items like iron, board, hair dryer and extra towel. The bathroom was very neat and decent. Absolutely loved staying there.

It was quite hot at night, possibly because we were top floor but a fan was provided.

Location was great, only a short walk from the station. Many shops, cafes and bars nearby as hotel is in the city centre. We stayed on the upper floor accessed by two small flights of stairs. The room was a lovely size and decorated beautifully. It was also spotlessly clean. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were lucky to view one of the newly converted apartments before we left. These are a minimum two-night stay but are stunning and absolutely amazing in every way. The rooms, reception area and apartments were spotlessly clean. We visited Williamson Park and mini Zoo which was a 25 minute stroll away. Very hilly on the way but worth the effort as it's a really lovely park. Also the waffles from the little independent cafe in the main shopping area were just the best!

No lift and I had to ask my friend to help me with two big suitcases + one small suitcase + one backpack. I have requested an accessible room but got one on the second floor!

The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent as I traveled the next day.

Only part was that we were absolutely boiling (not that we would rather be cold!)and opened the window which was fine till morning traffic, there was a fan available in the room though! We just couldn't use it because it was too loud and we worried about our neighbours
