Stylish rooms and an amazing location. Little bit confusing about how to get in initially and no staff on site but the rooms were big enough with a large bathroom and amazing views over the canal and River Clyde.

Easy to find and access. Room was spotless and comfortable (but still too warm with radiators off and window open). Tasteful.decoration, lovely touches reflecting industrial past. Excellent shower/bath. Lovely view, had swans outside and rabbits playing.

A softer chair to sit and read would have been appreciated but it was a minor concern compared with what was provided at a very reasonable price.

The location is lovely. The room was spotless and well equipped. Everything worked and the furniture and fittings were of good quality. A quiet location with easy parking. I was almost put off booking by some reviews about the access being difficult as there are no staff and several codes are needed. Having read the instructions send by the owner carefully I had no difficulty with access and was very pleased that I had decided to stay at the Custom House. The absence of staff was of no concern to me.

What an absolute treasure. Custom House really does stand out from the crowd and really is the image of what a great hotel is. The staff are so accommodating and very responsive to messages. We took two dogs and being right next to the canal was great for them. The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is great and perfect for what we needed. Really superb.

Small and family hotel near the main road to the Scotland highland. Room was cute with shower and WC. In hotel was also collectively kitchen with everything what you need to prepare food. Very close was restaurant. Perfect view on Clyde River and Erskine Bridge. Self working check in and check out.

Such an adorable hotel with a great location. Stayed here for work and I loved having access to the kitchen, although it’s only a microwave and toaster it’s more than enough to keep you going. The nespresso machine in the bedroom and kitchen is such a great addition too! Bed very comfy, shower super powerful and the location is brilliant. Thank you soo much to the team. I will 100% be back.

Love the location, room was really cute and comfy, self service check in, so didn’t see any staff.. didn’t need breakfast. Huge bathroom will bath tub. Car park entrance was confusing to find, you need to double back on yourself and the signage on the gate is for the harbour not the hotel.

Fantastic location, quiet and very relaxing, weather was lovely during our stay, sitting outside in the morning with a coffee and looking out down the river Clyde was a great way to start the day!! Bedroom was comfortable, we were in Room 6 on the top floor, made great use of the space, bedroom was comfortable, great sleep and was ideal for a weekend stay.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay. The room was so cosy and beautiful, everything was super clean and the fact there is a little shared kitchen space on the ground floor is amazing if you need some cutlery or keeping your food in the fridge. Highly recommended. We'll definitely visit again.

The hotel is in such a good location, I love the decor of the rooms, warm and comfy too. Staff very accommodating and extremely friendly. I would 100% stay here again, very good value for money.

Great location although a tad hard to find at night as signage is not very visible. Bathroom door of the room did not stay closed or lock Breakfast was muesli or toast. No fruit or yogurt

Loved the character and decor of the room and building - was a great place to land after a long flight. The view over the marina was lovely and I wish we would have stayed longer.
