This caravan is great value for money. Has everything you need in a lovely location. Only thing was there were no amenities like bar but the owner did tell us this operates at the weekends so will book again for a Friday - Monday.

I am not one for being negative it is more what could enhance your Deckers caravan stay our disappointment were there is no blackout type curtain/blinds in living room as you watch tv the sun shines right through, the cooking utensils pots/pan etc to enhance your stay seeing as it’s a self-catering facility definitely needs a cheap set of pans/frying pan, chopping knives/board and some cosmetic fixing as blind was off in the toilet and a good through clean as the caravan had a musky smell despite doors and windows open while we stayed in the caravan, it wouldn’t put me off staying again I just feel adding the things I’ve suggested you would have no negative comments.

The things we enjoyed staying at Deckers as we had stayed here before in a different caravan. We used it as a base as we were continuing the Fife Coastal path which was perfect for us. The caravan is spacious, shower was very good, and the beds were comfortable, plenty towels. The view looking over the forth was wonderful, the caravan site itself was friendly, well cared for, the shop has basic items and we didn’t use pub facilities as it was closed on the days we stayed. If your using public transport buses were brilliant and frequent.

Hi Darshan, Thanks for you email. When we arrived, directions to caravan were great, got the key easily, but when we went inside dirty linen/bedding/towels were on the kitchen floor which were for the main bed. Unfortunately couldn't find any more so had to sleep in single beds. A couple of spare towels were available. Rubbish had been removed but still mess on floor and things left out. We placed dirty washing in main bedroom and cleaned up, etc. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the park and views were amazing. Unfortunately your email has just arrived and we vacated the caravan without removing the bedding but we did remove all rubbish and cleaned utensils/caravan prior to leaving. Unfortunately i didn't take any photo's of the van when we arrived. Please get in touch if you need any more info. Regards, Michael Akrigg

Very large and comfortable lounge area with views towards the sea. The shower was especially good. The weather was quite cold during our stay but the heating in the caravan made it feel cosy. Only a short distance to Leven where there is a good selection of shops etc.

It is amazing how much room was inside the caravan. Several rooms to choose from. Beds are fairly small, no issue for me or my daugther, but my partner took some getting used to it. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy living room. A small bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, both rooms tiny but gives the flexibility to use them in parallel. The caravan is at the back of the site, far off the main road and therefore pleasantly quiet at night. Great view towards the Firth of Forth. We really enjoyed our stay.

Maybe needs a teapot and a bread knife, but apart from that fairly well-equipped.

The cot provided was not up to standard No coffee maker of any kind A cafetière or filter cone would have been good Using the toaster tripped the switch - it would have been good to know where the trip switch was.

Big spacious caravan with 3 bedrooms and all the things u need for your stay. Owner very good communicator. Lovely beaches around the area too

We were unable to get the hot water working on the first evening. Somehow managed to get it working the following morning but not sure how as we had followed the available instructions. It is not possible to communicate with the owner from the property as there is no phone reception. The bedding was not as clean as in others properties I have stayed in.

Wasn't confident in the cleanliness - the towels were dishevelled on the shelf, marked and damp (put there in a hurry, or not cleaned?); there were bits of dirt in the bed (blown in through the window, or someone had slept in there?); table had sticky marks; pans had stuck on food; dish cloths/sponges were used and dirty/had stuck on food.

Very comfortable (bed and shower great!; easy to heat/cool the place; good facilities), quiet, great value for money and in a lovely location.

Could do with more kitchen provisions i.e wine glasses, baking trays, oven dishes etc. No phone signal which was a nuisance for planning our days out especially in recent storm. Fridge wasn’t working which I only noticed on our last day. Something wrong with the grill cooked well on first day but something is not right with it. Hot tap in toilet needs looked at probably a new washer as you have to over tighten to turn it off.
