Unfortunately we was woken up around 8am with very loud drilling near our room. It was shame because we have stayed here multiple times.

Love to stay here very comfortable and value for money at times.

Unless you are attending the exhibition halls, nothing was close by to the location & trying to get a taxi was difficult.

Navid provided great service & kindly upgraded my room. Nice pub & restaurant on site. Good variety of breakfast food. Does have bus stops & tube nearby.

The gym is very limited with a defective running machine. It was very busy so not fit for puropse provision.

It was very close to public transport so we could go out and about quite easily.

The hotel in its self was great, the parking was very expensive.

Found the breakfast expensive, however the quality of the food was outstanding, the selection of food was exceptional. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast could have been extended untill 12.

The sofa bed mattress wasn't very comfortable. However, the main bed was lovely.

Bar staff! Awful , rude and very in experienced I asked for an Irish coffee as it was my birthday and first one woman with white hair said no we don’t sell it So I pointed out the coffee machine and the whiskey she said “ no you can’t have”! Another man who I only see walking around the hotel then chimed in we don’t do that here I said can you not give me coffee then a whiskey on the said And he said no absolutely not with a angry face and raised voice I said well that is silly He said your opinion try somewhere else !! I try ought this was incredibly rude Tables around the bar were all sticky and unclean Maybe he could take some of his rage out in them with a bottle of cleaner - very off putting Please get new staff

I thought my parking would be on the invoice when I left as I had entered my reg on a machine in reception but it's a machine outside you pay before you leave the carpark (good job I checked) A fair proportion of the staff were unfriendly The restaurant seemed very rushed At breakfast the table was cleaned and reset while someone was getting their breakfast Getting to the other side of the building is not easy as you have to walk through the restaurant and with lots of people or suitcases it's not easy

the only thing i didn’t quite like was on our last day the staff were there literally on the door at 12 knocking which i understand is to avoid any late checkouts it’s just the first time it’s happened to me when staying at a hotel

honestly loved that you got a warm cookie on arrival, on top of that the staff were super helpful when we accidentally left our key in the room💀

I was with a number of ex colleagues we meet there every year, but if there is a disappointment the bar closed at 23.00 when we would have liked the opportunity to chat further over a nightcap.

We are a group of colleagues who meet up once a year. We have done this for about a decade now, always coming to stay with you and going out for a meal. Unfortunately due to the bar being closed in the evenings when we get back we are now considering staying elsewhere as we really enjoy a chat over a night cap when we get back. It is important to us as you can imagine.

Room and checking in was great. Very friendly staff and food was nice too.

In the bathroom the mirror light wasn’t working so this bad it a little hard to get ready as the rooms are quite dark.

I was very happy with Daisy who worked on the front desk, upon my arrival I explained I was staying with a friend for her birthday so Daisy kindly upgraded our hotel room for free. She was very accommodating.
