Noisy bathroom extractor fan! Every time you turn the light on it starts the fan up and it's noisy.

We booked extremely last minute and late at night, staff was brilliant, room was a OK size plenty of mirrors which was a bonus for my daughters who are dancers! We stayed here last year but had booked somewhere else closer to our friends for this year however when we arrived to the other place it was awful and refused to stay so we managed to book here at 10pm the staff was very helpful The price for 4 nights was good and would definitely stay again

Cleanliness of the room. This really needs to be looked at.

I was worried with it being close to town it would be noisy, but it wasn't at all. The bed was comfortable and sheets/towels were clean. The room and bathroom weren't clean though, but it was just somewhere to lay our head for the night.

The stairs, i would recommend maybe putting the duvets on the bed rather than the fleeces as you can see previous stains. The only thing that really let you down.

The beds smelt a bit dusty maybe cause I used the duvets in the wardrobe not sure. Also the toilet did not flush properly which wasn’t nice.

I was given the family room which nice but only a small amount of paper on a toilet roll had to get another from reception. The WIFI not working throughout hotel Only 2 coffee sachets and 1 sugar which not great for a family room .

I don't know why ,but I was given the family room which appreciated. The bed very comfortable and shower good .

The bar lounge was locked all the time we were there so the only place we could relax was in our bedroom and there was only one chair for the 3 of us.

Breakfast wasn’t available. Location was good, only 5 minutes walk to the tower.

No heating in the bedroom in which I had two young children but did have electric heater which took abit of the chill off. Satin sheets and bedding not Nice to sleep on. Electric shower wasn’t hot and not very clean.

The massive cot in room that wasn't needed or asked for, taking up all the space. Wasn't a clean room. Satin bedding. Poor lock on door! To be told heating is playing up.

Unfortunately our room was on the second flight of stairs which made it difficult to get the pram up, although the owner did offer for us to keep it downstairs. The stairs was difficult for me to navigate as a DeafBlind person. The hallway was quite narrow and so was the main area outside the front door. My husband had to move several of the chairs so we could actually get in with the pram and suitcase. The room we were meant to stay in was dirty including dust and dirt on the mirror and taps that hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom in our room also had a step up to it which wouldn’t have been ideal overnight and not very accessible if you have disabilities like myself.

The location was great, a short walk away from the main area of Blackpool!
