We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room was clean but only in visible areas - areas just under the bed or the shelving had been missed and there were crumbs and some dirt that should have been removed as part of the housekeeping. There could have been a couple of additional options at breakfast - e.g. there were no hash browns and there was only scrambled egg as a choice of eggs - but it was included in the price and there was a reasonable offering of bread, pastries, fruit, tea, coffee & juices etc. The city centre was a fair distance away by bus, but I’d originally booked the hotel for a different weekend (with an event closer to its location) so this was why.
Staff were friendly and helpful, room was made and ready earlier than check in and having car parking on site and a bus to the city centre opposite the hotel was really handy.

United KingdomOur room was spacious and the beds comfortable including the sofa bed which our son slept on. The breakfast was good but I wish the tea bags weren't single wrapped. We could see that the other items were presented in a way which would reduce waste so the tea could be done the same. Parking was included as well as breakfast.

Really handy for getting in and out of Oxford, close to Redbridge park and ride (which is definitely the best way of getting in and out of Oxford, £5 to park and bus for two adults and up to three children under 16 which is brilliant in comparison to the parking prices!), and the hotel was simple enough to find off the motorway. Staff were friendly throughout. Check in and check out were quick. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast being included in the price was a nice bonus.

United KingdomThe room wasnt in good condition. There were small litters on the room's floor!! The tiolet was dirty! The spots didnt removed even after cleaning! The telephone was broken! 2key didnt work so we had to go to the reception when we needed something. The kettle was very old and dirty. The teabags they provided at room were awful. They were really poor in quality. The shampoo was awful, really poor in quality! I lost my hairs after a shower! Shampoo was located in a jar and it was difficult to take it out. Maybe you think that I am very sensitive but believe me that everything was that much poor. It really didnt deserve to pay 120 pounds for a night for this awful hotel.
The staff (Reception girl) was really helpful. She even helped us in cleaning the toilet which was dirty when we just checked in. Although it was out of her responsibility, she cleaned it so that we feel better. She didnt get angry. She apologized alot for the problem happened.
