I found the mattress too soft and uneven, and the pillows too bulky - I was glad I had taken my own! It was difficult to find Parking. There are only 4 bays outside the property and these were in use by the residents . On the night I arrived I had pulled up outside to unpack and a resident banged on the door to inform me that I had to move my car.

Initially the code didn't work, but I rang the landlord who was able to unlock the apt remotely. The passkey was inside the apt, so there were no further problems entering the apt

We couldn't follow the instructions for either the microwave or hob top. There was no house book.

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment is super clean and has all the equipment you can ever need for a stay away from home. It was so easy to find, close to the station, shops and eateries. A super great host, too. He was so helpful, communicates on time, and when needed. Beautiful stay we had, beautiful, clean and spacious apartment.

Stained bedding for sofa bed, bathroom bin not emptied from previous guests, broken lighting in bathroom, broken sink waste which my husband fixed. Not enough mugs for 3 people,broken hand rails on the steps leading to the property

Cleanliness could have been better- mouldy cheese left in the fridge from past guests, stain on sheet on sofa bed, fitted sheet didn't fit over sofa bed and a larger/ not fitted sheet would have been much better. Sofa bed large but VERY solid. Pillows were terrible. Would have been nice to have instructions on the shower and cooker, and the fire extinguishers needs to be serviced/ replaced.

Super easy to get in with the code, especially with people coming and going at different times. Large apartment, plenty of space, fantastically close to the station and conveniently close to shops. All utensils you could need and having an iron was super useful. TV and Netflix too.

The only issue - but it really was t an issue for us is that all the windows are frosted up - as the flat is on ground level so I guess you don’t want passers by looking in, but it felt it needed more natural light. Not a problem for us at all though.

Lovely functional property. All very clean and perfectly serviceable for our short stay… we were very grateful at having our last minute booking accepted as our bnb reservation elsewhere in Reigate was cancelled on our day of arrival!!!

The main bedroom was very small and the double bed was against 3 walls meaning that one of us had to disturb the other if we needed to get up. The sofa bed was not made up even though there were 3 of us staying and we could not find a sheet for that bed. Also there is no heating in the bedroom and the flat took a long time to warm up when we arrived.

Small negative - only had small teacups. It would be perfect if there were a couple of decent sized mugs. Because of being a ground floor apartment and the street location, all the windows are completely frosted glass. It was fine for my stay because I was only in at night, but it would be a bit claustrophobic if you were in during the day, I think. There wasn't any toilet bleach in the bathroom( empty bottle!) Personal preference, but the pillows were a bit hard, and as the bedroom doesn't have a radiator ,an extra blanket/throw would've been appreciated. That said, the smart glass radiator in lobby and main area worked well.

Great location. I was visiting an elderly relative who couldn't have guests staying. Very clean and had everything needed. Fully equipped kitchen. Lovely clean bathroom. Free Parking right outside was available for my 3 nights. I appreciated being able to change my checkout time when I asked.

The bed is too small for 2 persons. One of the side of the bed is against the wall and the foot of the bed is against the wall and therefore it’s impossible for one of the two persons to get out of bed without disturbing the other person. It should be advertised as single bed. 2) no coffee mugs, the cups are too small for hot drinks.

Long black hair in the toilet when I arrived, flat smelled of cigarettes,many many filters outside the front door so guess is a spot for smokers. Shower wasn't the greatest, and bath was slow in draining

A very large flat for a single person or couple Easy to find easy to get it race station is in front of really silence place very clean easy to get in and get out In front of the pub next to couple of restaurants and the Minimarket and the Coop so really a beautiful stay

I didn't liked the fact that it was very cold. There is only a small electric panel to warm the whole studio which is not the best. My stay was in January 2024 and it was very cold. I've been there for 3 days and only the last day was better as it took 2 days ish for the flat to become warm.
