The lift is a bit slow, the window was really dirty in room 307, and the room 307 is quite noisy,

All staff is really nice friendly and helpful, I arrived with lots luggage and bags they were very flexible on storing my items in there luggage room during my stay as it would be too much to keep in the room. I had a complimentary upgrade from girl that checked me, was really nice gesture from her .. overall I recommend the place.

The room was very spacious and clean. Although the bed was comfortable a king-size bed would of been better. The pillows were so uncomfortable. We were given just one each and they were way too flat, so didn't sleep well.

The staff were not very welcoming when I arrived shortly after midnight as if I was interrupting their evening.

Very nice room, and great facilities with a bar and cafeteria area, both of which I didn't use (because I arrived late and left early) apart from buying a bag of nuts (which I noted were Morrisons-branded and resold at a premium which is a bit cheeky).

Advertised as two different bed sizes. The bigger bed size that we booked was described as deluxe. In fact, all beds are the same. Looks clean on the surface, but not as dust free as it could have been particularly on the back of the T.V. You could tell that the bathroom only had a quick wipe down daily. Bare minimum of room servicing but adequate. The only other annoying thing was the smell of frying oil coming from the cafe at breakfast. It permeated the air and if you had breakfast there it would have clung to your clothes. Did point it out to the lady cooking breakfast, but she was having none of it. Sadly, it prevented us from having breakfast in there, and we went elsewhere. Aside from these minor details, I would recommend this hotel. Still good value and great service.

Great location. Very cosy and warm. Comfortable beds and quiet. The staff and owner were always very helpful and welcming. They give a drinks voucher on check-in, which is a nice touch.They clearly value their customers. We had a bit of an issue on check-in, but the owner was very quick to react, and all was good in the end.

What i didn’t like about the property was the fact that we didn’t have a fridge in the room and the windows should have a better louvers/ curtains because in the morning we woke up early because of the light.

What I liked about the property was that it was very close to the mall and the underground/ bus station.

Stain on carpet, bathroom door doesn’t open fully. Air extractor fan super loud. Cheap air freshener spray. Reception chairs for the staff didn’t look nice for them.

Super close walking distance to train station and few places around to eat and get snacks. I liked the cleaning supplies left on every floor so I could help myself to toilet roll and towels without having to ask for them.

I had to book a room last minute for an early meeting, so after checking a few options went with the hotel epsilon. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and the location was great.

The toilet seat didn’t match the toilet - square toilet, round seat - looked odd but apart from that all good.

Room was clean, tidy & bed comfortable. Great location - about 10 minute walk from Stratford station. Got a free drink when we arrived which was great. Would definitely stay again.

There were no glasses for drinks so that was disappointing. The bathroom was a bit old and needed decorating.
