Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Cold food at breakfast.
Breakfast was ok, nothing special a bit cold but adequate, price I paid was great for what we got. It was clean tidy but not in the excellent class. Staff we met were great though

No warm snacks/ pizzas available at night but not a major issue as you are right on the high street.
Perfect position for a visit to the theatre with on-site parking.Handy for the tube & only a short stroll to the Thames.

The coffee at breakfast…..instant coffee….really?? The water pressure of the shower….just too weak. I like my showers to be hot and the water strong.
The location is great. A 5-10 min walk from Hammersmith station in the West end of London. A lot of pubs and restaurants around. Easy access into central London and to and from Heathrow. It’s connected to a Wetherspoons pub that seems to be open very early and pretty late, a cheaper pint in London you are unlikely to find. Good place to start and finish your night. Near to a bunch of theatres if thats what you’re in town for, Chelsea and Fulham football stadiums are just a short bus ride away. Breakfast was great, with cooked English style options like bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs. Coffee is terrible mind you, the machine just uses instant coffee powder….I’m sure they could stretch to a proper coffee machine that uses freshly ground beans.

The breakfast was cold. We ate at 730am. The breakfast choice was good . The staff were too quick in clearing the tables. I hadn't finished my drink.

Food breakfast was bad. One of the worst we have ever had when staying at Holiday Inn. Usually very good not sure why this was not up to other Holiday Inn standards
The hotel was clean. The room was Good. Not sure why we were in a family Room. Booked a standard room for a couple.. Extra bed all made up. . Some of the lights were blown bulbs in, not changed. We could hear the trains running outside. Didn't affect us too much. Would stay again but opt out of the Breakfast option.

Location was perfect for us as we were going to a show at the Apollo. Staff were friendly and helpful, basic breakfast but you don’t expect 5 star at a Holiday Inn Express so we were more than happy with the hotel overall, especially the huge bed! Would stay here again.

The shower kept going super hot all of a sudden and was not the cleanest. Breakfast was a little one toned and not of the best quality. The sausages and hash browns were dry (even tho there were good options)
The bartender/security guy and the kind sir that checked us in. They were super kind. And also happy hour was great. The location was great only a 10 min walk from public transport and a lot of shops and food nearby with a restaurant at the front of the hotel (take the alleyway to get to the front of the hotel)

The heating in the room was not working, though we had portable heating which was working well - and we were offered to change the room. The breakfast was the same everyday and full with people - very busy.
The location was really nice, it can be easily reached from Hammersmith station.

The bed bed was rather hard for my arthritic hip! But my it suited my husband.
The hotel was an ideal location for the Eventium theatre well within walling distance. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was just right plenty of hot food being served to closing time. We had a lovely stay.

The room was very small for a family of 4. We didnt even have enough space to open our luggage so it was very crowded.

The only thing was an old stain on the carpet, but to be expected in hotel room I guess.
Room was well appointed with comfy beds and everything needed. Practical bedside tables, power points just where you need them and great lighting. Shower was great with soap provided. The staff were all really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Amazing value.

Breakfast could be better and rooms have very thin walls so you can hear noises coming from adjacent rooms and corridor.
Hotel is in a very safe location, busy area with lots to do. Rooms are quite big and comfortable. Bathroom was very lush and enjoyed the done products which were available to us.
