Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

On the down side the breakfast was not on holidays inn standars. Having stayed in multiple countries on the this hotel chain I can say breakfast here was the most poor of all
Very content with our stay and overall services provided from this hotel. The location is ideal, very clean and the personnel eager to assist us on any question. Special thanks to Mr Satya who welcomed us on our early arrival, it was much appreciated and kind of him to check us in and make our arrival smooth.

Quite noisy as there was a Wetherspoons pub below our room. Limited breakfast options and breakfast was lukewarm.
Close to shops and transport hubs. Property was clean and beds were comfortable.

The shower had some problems and water went everywhere on the floor. We had to ask for extra towels and they didn’t solve the problem. The bathroom had no windows.
The hotel was quiet and you could take breakfast in your room if the hall was crowded. Staff was nice.

Great, clean hotel with generous breakfast buffet. The hotel is in hammersmith which is near shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Additionally, it is near the subway with easy access to the main touristic attractions. Great value !

would appreciate cheese and better coffee
Very clean and comfortable room (although a bit small for a family of a four). The bathroom area was also new and clean with al the toiletries! Nice area! Breakfast could be a bit richer. We really enjoyed ourselves. Value for money experience!

The air-conditioner leaked, there are no safes and the tea and coffee facilities could have more than one tea selection.
Staff are great and the location is ideal and the free breakfast is quite good.

The family room was tiny, but we were out all day so we were fine.
Very clean. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. Unlimited warm drinks was a bonus. The family room was very small but comfortable.

Bathroom floor and shower area… very tired looking…mould? Walking past smokers as you go into hotel. Crowded breakfast area - everyone wants to have breakfast at same time. Quite an early finish for breakfast -half nine in the week. Breakfast actually finishes at half nine…not just the serving of breakfast - you need to leave breakfast room at half nine!
Great location for Eventime arena. Bedroom area very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee available in room. Beds comfortable and choice if pillow firmness. Good blackout blinds. Our room was quiet. Tea and coffee available in foyer area 24hs. Convenient for tube stations. Good breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly.

We were told they served breakfast till 9.30. There were still people eating and we were told we had 5 minutes to finish as they were clearing the tables. We should have been advised that you had to be finished by 9.30 . We should have been informed when we checked in
