Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very content with our stay and overall services provided from this hotel. The location is ideal, very clean and the personnel eager to assist us on any question. Special thanks to Mr Satya who welcomed us on our early arrival, it was much appreciated and kind of him to check us in and make our arrival smooth.

Very clean and comfortable room (although a bit small for a family of a four). The bathroom area was also new and clean with al the toiletries! Nice area! Breakfast could be a bit richer. We really enjoyed ourselves. Value for money experience!

United KingdomBathroom floor and shower area… very tired looking…mould? Walking past smokers as you go into hotel. Crowded breakfast area - everyone wants to have breakfast at same time. Quite an early finish for breakfast -half nine in the week. Breakfast actually finishes at half nine…not just the serving of breakfast - you need to leave breakfast room at half nine!
Great location for Eventime arena. Bedroom area very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee available in room. Beds comfortable and choice if pillow firmness. Good blackout blinds. Our room was quiet. Tea and coffee available in foyer area 24hs. Convenient for tube stations. Good breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly.
