Lack of coverings at the windows in the living room, given that one of us was sleeping on the sofa bed. Took a while to locate the extra bedding and figure out how to convert the bed.

It was great being among the horses and the complimentary biscuits and milk were appreciated. Great bathroom and heating system. Kitchen area was well appointed.

What a beautiful place to stay. Very comfortable and very clean. I thought sleeping above the horses would be noisy but i didn't hear a thing from them. Will add this place to my favourites to stay again when i am in the area and i may even book for a weekend with the wife.

I arrived when it was completely dark and there were no lights to guide the way to the accommodation from the main carpark. I had to use the light on my phone to see my way. I think perhaps some ‘automatic’ lights leading from the car park to the accommodations would solve this issue. I could not connect to the suite’s Wi-Fi, no matter how I tried. I did not see anybody at the property to talk with about this as I arrived at 9 pm and left before 9 am. I did however, send them a message.

The property was very clean indeed. A thoughtful touch whilst leaving tea, coffee, sugar, and some chocolate biscuits in the fridge, along-with some milk.

Perfect stop off point on our way to Hull (The Deep) Falabella Suite was clean, comfy and situated in the middle of the stud farm, so if you are a horse lover, it is a must. Being from a farming background, I have to say the yard is so clean, the stables were immaculate, and the horses seemed very well looked after. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming, and the owners were a message away if you needed anything. We would definitely recommend it.

The only thing I would say is there were quite a few spiders in the apartment and neither me or my partner are a fan of them, however this is of course not the property owners fault as it’s normal to have them around this area

I grew up with horses so it was really nice to be back around stables. The apartment was cute and perfect for our night stay as we had spent the day at dumble farm and laurel vines only a couple of minutes down the road!
