For a four year old hotel the decor seems a little dated &. the bathroom could be a little more modern but I am really only nitpicking here as over all they stay was wonderful.

Wheelchair bound disabled guy with MS. Only live a mile down the road but we were having work done on our flooring and decorating at home. Initially booked two nights & then had to extend to three. The room was spacious, easy to navigate, clean &! comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room which is a massive bonus. All the staff are friendly, helpful, professional & courteous and the location is perfect for a short visit to Telford or as digs for contractors and the like. The pub & restaurant have an impressive menu of food and drink and are a thirty second walk from the hotel. There is an Asda, BurgarKing, Greggs and Starbucks two minutes walk away from the hotel. The beds are clean, comfortable and the A/C makes sure your room is always at a comfort level you will enjoy.

You qualify for a good discount on the food if you are staying at the hotel, but we didn't find out until after we'd eaten our meals! Perhaps could mention it when you book

We found a cockroach in the shower , thankfully, only one, but that was the only reason we didn't rate it the full 5 stars.

Everything, it was quiet , the staff were friendly, we had a view of the drive-thru Burger King, which was quiet , we even went across the road to the restaurant, lovely food and friendly staff , there wasn't really anything to complain about . The location was perfect for what we needed.

Bath slippy without bath mat not provided so didn’t dare use the shower, shower head very high up and not alterable so you couldn’t have a shower without wetting your hair all in all I thought it dangerous. Also only provided two tea bags needed more.

Bedside tables are too small in all of these rooms! A bit more greenery directly around the pub/hotel would be nice?

Very easy to find, just on the outskirts of Telford. Restaurant in separate building so not much noise. Able to park directly outside the hotel, so ideal. Room was spacious and clean with everything we needed - stayed in Marstons Inn before near Lincoln so knew what to expect - excellent nights sleep - very comfy bed. There were other guests staying there but hardly heard them. Very good value for money and we'd stay in one of these inns again. Highly recommended

The housekeeping staff were very noisy in the morning as their cupboard was just outside our room.

The location was great for Telford. The room was comfortable and spacious. 1min walk to petrol station, Subway, Greggs and a nice pub/restaurant.

Breakfast awful. Eggs not cooked fully. Sausgaes pre cooked and then warmed up - they were hard. Flat mushroom partially raw. I ate in the hotel in the evening and the Fish was overcooked - fish overdone and batter so hard.

Bed very comfortable. Room large, clean. Bath large, water lovely and hot. Plenty of space for car parking.
