Fantastic properly. Lovely peaceful location. Close to Polperro and Looe. Beautiful cove 10 minute drive away. Dog park was brilliant. Lovely view of the sea. Definitely recommend. Very clean. Lovely welcome basket on arrival

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, thoughtful touches throughout, wonderful sea view, super communication with owners. Basket of goodies and milk in the fridge was the icing on the cake. Definitely be back.

Gannets rest was delightful,clean,well stocked for a day at the beach or rainy day indoors. Lovely welcome hamper and essentials in the kitchen

club house a little dated.

van was spacious comfortable and had all the facilities to make our stay comfortable. infact the facilities were exceptional. a good base to explore from. (polperro was a short drive away). outdoor seating with secure decked area. even had a coffee making machine and airfryer to go with the cooker👍 welcome pack was greatly recieved. dog friendly also, and for a family holiday kids were catered for, with plenty of games and dvd's for those wet days.

The caravan is in the perfect location near to the club house yet still fab views. I loved all the small touches, we arrived to a lovely welcome hamper, and lots of kids crafts and games. Everything was there which made our short break easy. Thank you!

Nothing. It was better than we had hoped for.

Incredibly well equipped for a very relaxing break. No need to worry about packing towels, dog bowl or even cooking ingredients as so well looked after by our host. The caravan was clean and beautifully presented. The caravan site was in a brilliant location easy walking distance from Polperro and a beach.

Property lovely but the Gas ran out on night before last day so had to leave as was very cold and couldn’t shower no heating though did receive a refund back as both of the big gas cylinders were empty which I was surprised due to us prebooking the stay these should have full for all of our stay

We had a great stay here for the weekend visiting with friends who were staying locally. The caravan was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and had everything you could possibly want - games for kids, books, 2 cafetières, beach towels! The welcome hamper was the best I have ever enjoyed, such a treat.

The caravan was of an excellent standard, every little detail catered for with lovely finishing/homely touches. We only used it as a base to visit friends locally for a couple of nights but could have easily spent longer there. We didn't use the park facilities as we had other plans to occupy our time.

What’s not to like?:)

The property was very welcoming . It has everything you could possibly need in a caravan and something extra:) The kitchen is fully functional with all the appliances. It even has a air frier:)) The bedroom is nice and worm with all the bits and bobs available

Pool was very cold, wouldn't say heated at all

Once the door opened, we stepped into an overwhelming smell of Shake and Vac. The bedrooms carpet and the dining sitting areas were slightly damp. One of the ceiling lights covers came off and almost hit my head. Microwave a bit wobbly when turned on. On-site washing machine I pre-paid nearly £25.00 didn't work. Staff couldn't help and gave me a phone number to sort it out myself. The bar/restaurant was understaffed. we waited over 45 mins for a scampi and chips, and we had to leave it and cook our own back in the caravan as the little one was so hungry.

The owner of the caravan did respond to my calls and messages. Good entertainment for my little one. Staff were friendly (but not helpful ). Location not bad.
