We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe showers were pitiful, but there was constant hot water. Some of the furniture was a bit 'tired', but acceptable. The fridge leaked water & you had to be careful not to knock the 'on/ off ' switch. Having to put cash into a meter for the washing machine & freezer, without any guidance as to how much was needed per wash, meant we were over generous & left a credit of about £3.
The house was spacious, the kitchen was well appointed, it was lovely to have en suite in the 2 largest bedrooms. Generally it suited our party of 8, mainly adults, very well.

United KingdomIt might be nice to have a spare set of key for a larger party that keeps different schedules. The bedding is a little tired and could do with replacing. The pillows in some of the rooms are old and definitely need replacing.
It's a lovely house, just the right size for our party. Kitchen was well-equipped, which was excellent. A little welcome pack of milk, biscuits, tea would be a nice touch. personally, I'd be happy to pay for this extra. A door code is a great idea. Leaving it at a simple-to-guess "default code" ... not so much!

United KingdomThere is very limited room for outdoor games etc.
The accommodation is well laid out with large comfortable beds, a large well kitted out kitchen and wood burning fire. The location was central for what we wanted to do such as the underground golf which was great value and fun and also for Betsy-y-Coed. The barbeque area was really good and well equipped.
