Shower rail needs repaired. It slips after you start it and points at the door which you then have to open because if you don't it will eventually fire over the door directly onto the electrical extractor

The room was teeny and the bed was painful. Turned out that the mattress was upside down and we were trying to sleep on springs.

The mattress was very hard. No shelves in the bathroom for your bits. Kettle was too big to fit in the sink to fill. The wardrobe has no back on it so was unsafe to use. Though it was no issue for us as it was a stunning weekend, you have to walk to the nearby pub for breakfast - provision of umbrellas may be handy 😀

Location was good, for us. Breakfast was lovely, despite the walk to the pub. Room and bathroom were clean.

Bathroom smelt of urine. Front garden needed attention, looked very unappealing on approach. Certainly not worth the price paid

As guests we still couldn’t get a seat for dinner, no mention that we had to book! Lights flickered & bathroom draught excluder was loose & a trip hazard

The stairs are a bit challenging when carrying luggage.

Stayed in Wychwood, garden needs clearing front and back building needs external cleaning and painting as does front garden wall, which would make it more attractive and cared for.

Location friendly staff,Inside çlean and tidy,our room sink plug missing and shower tray slow to drain. These things didn't effect the enjoyment of our stay

The person in the breakfast area let us down when he repeatedly said we didn't hand him over the breakfast coupon though we did that as the first thing when we entered! It took a while to convince him it was indeed given, but that wasn't a good start for the morning which was not so bad otherwise. And the breakfast was overpriced for what they offered.

Nice location near Skye bridge on the lake front in Kyleakin. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Since we opted for breakfast included in our fare, we were issued a breakfast coupon for next morning at the time of check-in itself! Reception, our room and the breakfast area are located in three different properties!!!

We booked 2 rooms for a family of 5 but were unaware that they were located in different sites on each side of Saucy Mary Restaurant, one in Glenarroch and the other in Witchwood! The staff at the reception also gave the wrong info for the WIFI !

Beachfront location in picturesque village of Kyleakin with great views of Sky Bridge at sunset in summer and ~5 min walk to view Castle Moil.

A great value for money with convenient location especially considering that the breakfast was included in the price. The stuff was really helpful as I left my watch behind and needed to come back and collect it. Communication with the B&B was easy and fast.
