Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The pool area is dated and some Jets were broken in the pool. dirty in parts. Changing rooms dirty blood on floor

I booked 2 months in advance and asked for a room on the 1st floor. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case and had to go up and down lots of stairs. Having a disability made this very hard and caused a lot of pain. But I could see you were fully booked and didn’t have another room. The bathroom needs attention especially the bath taps! They are all corroded and put me off having to bath/shower. On the upside everything else was ok.

Warm welcome, great facilities and comfortable.. The pool, and spa facilities were a big bonus to use while we stayed, and the staff at breakfast were really friendly.. The rooms were very clean, tidy, modern..

£5 to park which isn’t much but hotel is in residential area so can’t imagine people would abuse the car park. Surely entering your reg would be sufficient. The room was very noisy as I’m a light sleeper probably not the hotels fault we may have just been unlucky with our neighbours.
The staff member on arrival was friendly, the room was spacious, clean and nice view to the hills. The breakfast was self serve which was reasonable for the price. Bed was comfy. All communal areas clean.

The food in the restaurant was poor,my husband had chicken and it was cold,they got him another and that was like rubber,they gave us both a free drink,it is very over priced and not restaurant quality, it's pub pub.
Room was OK,staff lovely.Spa nice had a facial which was very relaxing.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, and almost stopped at one point. The changing rooms were quite far from the pool and meant walking across a floor which was dirty as people had walked across in their shoes.
The staff were friendly and helpful. I have a gluten intolerance and they went out for their way to accommodate this. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel is dog friendly

Milk for coffee in room, never enough if you want more than one drink.
Stayed for uni open day but we had to bring dogs as well. Dog friendly and v accommodating Breakfast was good. Room comfortable and bigger than expected. Pool was great

Swimming pool was good but jacuzzi too cold. Also would have liked a little compensation for a room I booked for my cousin but home situation meant she couldn’t come.

Car parking charges The pool and jacuzzi were cold. Plates for breakfast were not that warm and so food went cold quicker.
