Beds were very hard, pillows lumpy and small. Only one key card that had to remain in room for power. Tried to charge us twice for our evening meal.

Vegan options for dinner..... Could do with a few more choices

Spa and leisure facilities were lovely.... I've never been in a pool with such warm water it was a delight. I had booked a spa day with massage and afternoon tea. The staff were lovely, my massage was amazing. Breakfast had good choices with some gf choices. Menus could have had more vegan choices and only had 1 choice for a main. Other than that I could not fault and would definitely be back again for that warm pool.

Room was a bit dated, bar service was very slow and it shut quite early and without warning.

Great location for the ski and snowboard center. Good facilities, decent breakfast.

We had food and drink in the bar, my food was not on par with the others I eat with. The bar was shut and no drinks Available when we returned to the hotel around 11.45 Rooms were run down.

Couldn’t book into the spa. The pool wasn’t open after 6pm. It said no children after 5pm but there were still children in there and this wasn’t monitored. Didn’t allow for much adult time enjoying the pool.

some of the exercise bikes and other equipment didnt work, all toiletries were near empty, so used my own. the iron was not a steam iron and was damaging my shirt when using. kettle was limescaled up. no plug socket near bed.

I was given a room and when I entered there was already a couple in the bed, the receptionist didn't believe me and checked himself and came back embarrassed. Mistakes do happen and I would stay again

As usual, wherever you go it’s always the other guests that tend to be the issue. No consideration for the noise they make and the slamming of doors etc.

Second time we have been here, the breakfast buffet was excellent as was the staff working to keep the buffet going and deal with customers. Sharon who greeted us every morning was lovely and very professional and hard working. The spa was good , if you like it quieter then use the kid free times.

Prices of food at the bar in the evening; we had hot sandwiches the first evening 8pm, ( they are expensive anyway) but the second night the bartender didn’t want to sell us sandwiches at 7pm. as it was not allowed after 6pm ; there is not warning about this on the menu, no specific times for sandwiches announced , so we had to spend double the money on food we didn’t want from the meals menú as it was 7pm and we walked all day with the kids and wanted a small dish/snack, there was nothing else close to the hotel to eat, please put this in the menu!! Don’t sale it one day and decline the next

The bathroom was dated and the fan blew the shower curtain on to you when standing in the bath having a shower.. Difficult to regulate the temperature. I was overcharged for the room on my card and it was difficult to contact reception no one answered the phone even reservations tried, I left a voicemail and eventually I had to email to get a response

The food was good.. The beds were comfortable.The swimming pool /spa was enjoyable..

The hotel was pleasant and the room spacious and the bed comfortable. But the best part of our stay was meeting Sharen, she was extremely friendly and welcoming when we went to the bar for a bit to eat and then again at breakfast. She had such a lovely manner with our 2 year old and was very attentive.

The lack of storage in our double bedroom. Very small wardrobe and there was only one chair for both, the menu was quite limited and different to the one provided in the room!

Nothing. It met our needs and price was good.

We only stayed one night. The stay was comfortable. Enjoyed the swimming pool. The bar area was a bit basic and could do to be made a bit more comfortable with a modernisation. New tables, chairs and settees would be good. Saying that, we ordered food at the bar instead of eating in the restaurant area. It was absolutely excellent. Very tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed.
