Spa area not too organised and locks for lockers not acceptable everyone knew the code too easy for any criminally minded person but spa itself was excellent

My bedroom floor was so squeaky as was the bedroom above. They were squeaking around from about 6am!!! I did also expect a safe to put valuables in.

Pool not open at 7pm on Sunday evening, despite published as 8pm closure. Toilet paper very poor quality - not acceptable in hotel of this status

The fact the family room was on the bottom floor and there is no pram access which meant we had to carry it up and down the stairs.

The noise from the floorboards upstairs all night and being with family it kept us all awake. The staff in the restaurant weren’t very knowledgable and messed up our drinks orders and food orders. beds were average.

It was lovely, staff were helpful. leisure facilities were great.

Bit of a mix up of room booking but it was sorted out on arrival. We just had to wait in thd bar while a correct room was made ready with a complimentary drink. Chairs in restaurant not the most comfortable after a long journey and evening food a bit canteen like. Background music terrible.

Comfortable room of good size. Nice bathroom with plenty of hot water for baths. Great choice of breakfast items. Very quiet with lots of facilities.

we had to walk past the restaurant to get to our room, which felt awkward. the room was far too hot. the single bed was not comfortable at all. one of our party didn’t bring a toothbrush, and reception do not provide them

Pool needs up dating Webs at the windows And hanging from the ceiling Green algy on tiles around the pool Beds were awful to sleep on no support at all. Hotel parking wasn't free, which isn't acceptable WiFi was awful Shower attachment was broken Lady who booked us in wasn't friendly

Location isn’t great, basically in the middle of a housing estate. Food quality was poor we were shown a menu for dinner which looked ok so booked a table when we arrived later it was a much reduced menu. Hardly any food at breakfast.

nothing I didn’t really like to be honest. the variety at breakfast was ok but few things missing and the scrambled egg didn’t look appealing, but generally ok.

Breakfast was ok could be better. Bit of a travel to the town centre. Staff cleaning rooms in the morning could be more quiet and considerate of people still in bed. Drinks at bar very expensive.

most of the staff seemed overworked and unhappy - not enough staff for any crowd in restaurant and only one bar staff with lots of waiting to be served at the bar - till broke down - choice of bar drinks was minimal - eg no blonde rum just spiced and white - need professional bar staff

Staff in the restaurant on the Saturday evening seemed quite stressed, and there was clearly a problem in the kitchen at breakfast time on the Sunday morning (people waiting for hot breakfast dishes for 20 minutes; I gave up in the end).

Helpful staff, good facilities (including gym & spa), spacious & good value bedroom accommodation (suite).

I would say the pool area could have done with an update, the pictures advertised is was is expected when we got there. could do with a bit of cleaning up, did see some people washing there hair in the swimming pool area which I thought was wrong as they have showers for this but no one said anything.
