Water was dripping from the ceiling of our room during rainy season in which needed to be fixed. Also, there was bed bugs .

The shower head is static so it was too high for me. This made washing my hair a little hard

Electric Fan in triple room is not working properly.

My family has good Breakfast and especially meets friendly staff (miss. Lude). We plan to stay one night. Triple room is ok. We booked second night. Quadruple room is new and full furnished. Great location near PADDINGTON station and Hyde park for our morning walk.

Location is excellent with only a few minutes walk to Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace and Oxford street. The rooms were clean and breakfast was excellent.

Not their fault, but the toilet in my single room was right next to the wash basin, making it a tight space

The staff were so nice!! The free breakfast did come in handy on those long walking mornings. The rooms were clean too.

Room small and v v hot without open window but bed right by window so had to keep closed overnight Lots of things in room didn’t work: TV, some lights, sockets, etc. I wondered if it was a fuse so left msg at reception on check out

The wooden floors were making noise so if someone was passing by your room you were hearing them. It was not well insulated

Bath area is too small. Should change this to tub bath with shower for all rooms. Also try to add some AC rooms for summer vacation.

Location is Excellent. Very close to Paddington underground station. Room is small specially bath area. It's too small. Breakfast is very good. They serve typical hot English breakfast. People working here are very cooperative. Overall good hotel. Can think of visiting again.

Room was pretty hot, but I can’t really blame the hotel for that. Some bacon with breakfast would be nice! Otherwise, not too bad.

It’s cheap and cheerful. We stayed there last year the night before our flight so stayed there again as we knew what to expect. On another trip this year we stayed at the Norfolk, just round the corner, which was far nicer, but it’s also double the price. The Gresham is a great budget option. We’ll probably stay here next year too.
